HI LADIES,

I HAVE BEEN DOING ACUPUNCTURE FOR 1 MONTH AND THE PAST 2 WEEKS SHE HAS BEEN WIGGLING THE NEEDLES AROUND WHICH KIND OF HURTS BUT TOLERABLE, ANYWAY I AM GETTING BRUISED. HAS THIS HAPPENED TO ANYONE?

Yes - I had a few bruises when I had acupuncture .. It looked quite comical at one point (symetrical bruises !).

Hi Lisa Marie

I get acupuncture twice a week and the hospital is anticipating ET week begining 21/11. When I go, she just sticks the needles in and leaves me for 20 mins!! I have been going for a couple of weeks and she has never done anything diffrent. I get bruises aswell, normally on my ankles. Hope this helps

I GET ANYWHERE FROM 28 TO 30 NEEDLES INSERTED AT EACH SESSION.

6 IN MY HEAD
ARM
ELBOW
HAND
6 IN STOMACH
THIGHS
CALF
ANKLES
FEET
SOUNDS HORRIBLE BUT ACTUALLY QUITE RELAXING.......

Having acupuncture and strongly believe it has helped me get a positive result! Did have some bruising but not much and she did twiddle needles. Only have about 6-10 needles each time. Don't hurt much and enjoy time laying still and relaxing. Going to continue sessions to help maintain pregnancy.
