great news babysoft, but I dont know what fsh is and what the levels mean???

FSH Levels
Holy,
FSH - Follicle Stimulating Hormone. It controls how your eggs develop. Ideal level are between 4 - 10 (6 great and anything over 10 high) When you fsh is high you ar enot producing quality eggs, so you will most likely ovi prematurely. This is all what I have been told, before last month I didn't have a clue about fsh. They say fsh levels raise as your age, higher levels indicate premen, but these levels also change every month.

Hi everyone!!
My follies are tiny.... Yesterday the scan showed a few at 10mm....
Feeling sad, but not giving up yet, just need to wait til monday, re-scanning.
So just feeling nothing right now.
Day 11 today, so early yet, I guess, maybe I wil ovulate later this month
I am still going to start testing for the Lh surge tomorrow, just in case...
I'll keep ya posted ok....

TTC 6yrs......Have jumped off the rollercoaster for now, too many BFN's and too much heartache, to keep going....Moving on to fulfil other dreams!!!

Holly, Hope all your test results are ok. Maybe we could cycle together this time.
Nicki, Hope u get your LH surge soon. That's what I don't like, waiting for the LH surge! When does your LH surge shows up? mine comes late, CD 16.
Babysoft, Glad to hear your FSH levels are back down and starting your cycle.
As for me, I'm waiting for AF to arrive. I'll be taking Repronex for about 5 days my RE says since I had responded well to it when I had IVF.

Holly, I haven't had a mucus test, so I'm unsure as to what it is. Did the Dr. explain what they'll be doing? And I say you're an IUI girl, stay here!
With me, I never have to wait to surge. When my eggies look good I take the HCG jab, and then something like 36 hours later they do the iui. I picked up my meds for next go round - the pugegon alone is over $1200. Holy cow! Thank goodness I have a drug plan.
Hope you all are enjoying your weekend. AF should be making an appearance in the next week or so for me, I can feel her coming. Interesting always that AF symptoms are the same as pg symptoms,eh?

Been looking on the net and reading other sites, this same thing happened to another girl, and she did in did get to go ahead and got a BFP, so parhaps...You never know...

Hello All!
Sorry I've been away for a few days, but my dsl at home wasn't working and I have been swamped at work.
Anyway thanks for all the positive comments...I really makes me feel good to know I have a bunch of wonderful women supporting me and helping me through this...you guys (ladies) r the best.
Holly - Good luck with the new hospital. I recently changed from my quack doctor that I had been seeing for years to a great new RE, things have been working out better for me since then..so good luck with the new facility.
Smokeroni - Have fun on your time off...you never know the next thread we read from you may be a natural conception...stay positive and enjoy yourself.
Denise - I really can't tell you much about why my fsh levels were that high, because my doctor didn't tell me. I am suspecting that it was the medication I was taking, but not really sure. I do know that from everything I've read, me having levels that high, meant early meno..which had me really scared and sad. But now that I know my levels are good, I'm really excited. Too be quite honest, I believe the fact that I wasn't drinking any soda helped with my levels. I am not usually one who drinks water, so I have been attempting to get my habits in order in preparation for the pregnancy (being optimistic).
Nicki - I'm sorry to hear that your follies weren't as large as you wanted, but I think that scan on cycle day 10 is a little early for follies to be fully mature. To be honest I think 10 is a good number, especially if you ovi around day 13 or 14! Don't be discouraged..also have you been taking clomid? I believe that helps with follies getting larger
I am taking clomid now and my doctor doesn't want to do the scan until my surge on the stick. And if you remember I am a compulsive stick user, so I'll be testing starting Wednesday. If you next scan is Monday, I think that is plently of time for follies to grow grow grow. What is the largest follies size you've ever had. I remember after my first clomid cycle I had follies at 26 (about 2), but still no preggers

No not on clomid 100% natural, re-scanning tomorrow, might do a LH test later, and see whats what with that.....
