Has anyone used this before, apparently it's a protien to help grow the follicles.....

Anyone know if it's any good?

Hi Nicki, it was in the vitamins my DH has been taking (from Marilyn Grenville - talked about a lot on this site at one time) and I like to think it has helped. Not sure what it does for women though.

Hi nicky....

L'arginine is an amino acid found in many foods. it's prescribed for males to increase sperm production....helps the head mature and increase sperm count/ quality... males should take 1000mg a day....

At a good health food shop you can pick it up from SOLGAR or VIRIDIAN.

Published by piatkus...it's available at ortakers and waterstones books and of course Amazon. My local library stocks it too. It was £ 10-99 last year when i bought it. The health info on suppliments is very good.

Hi !!!
Me and my DH ( even though he doesn't have a sperm problem) we both took L- Arginine in our last cycle and the quality of my eggs was incredible!!! I decided to take it 'cause on my first cycle there was an issue about the egg quality, and after a lot of reading we both took it 1 gr/day untill the 3rd day of stimulation ( we started taking it like a month before starting the whole IVF protocol) My eggs were so good that they made it to Blast.
IT REALLY HELPS!!!!! to improve the eggs and sperm.
