hI sorry you had a negative

Look on the web at amazon.com for the best book Sandra recommended to me when i joined here. we all think it's wonderful. It includes diet exercise and vitamin guides as well as comprehensive ivf explainations.

It's by ZITA WEST and called fertility and conception, the complete guie to getting pregnant.

Good luck

Love

Thank you Jeni,

I will try that book. I think many women here follow that book. At least doing something different for the body.

In Asia, many woman drink soya bean milk including me, almost everyday, it's good for stomach as well as source of protien for health. But I heard it's not good for woman who try to conceive. It's concern about the high FSH i got or not I don't know. So now I drink normal milk more for protien since I do not consume beef more than 13 years. ( I still eat some meat though like chicken fish etc.) I know that beef is very high in protien which doctor reccomend me to consume more.

Any suggestion in doing so?

I have been veggie for 14 years no meat chicken or fish. I was told to cut out tofu because of the high eostrogen in it = not good for conceiving.

In the last 6 months i started to eat fish as the omegs oils are good for conception. And i was eating less protien.

You can if you readZITA'S book follow a good protien diet, and also the vegetarian Pregnancy book gives loads of advice about dietry sorces while preg.

good luck
