Hi ladies,

Thought I'd pop in to say I had my baseline scan on Friday 11/4 and all things look good -- I start my stimms on Friday, 11/11.

Don't know when to expect ER and transfer as this is our first time. Am anxiously awaiting it though...

Anyone out there from Iowa? Sounds like we have a ton of NJ and IL gals in here!

Does it scare the crap out of anyone hearing all the failed cycles or is it just that the successful cycles don't post anymore after they are at least 12 weeks pregnant?

I am ding my first IVF now and I go back and forth with high hopes and feelings of fear that is isn't going to work... I assume a positive hopeful attitude is the best to go with, but might hurt more if it fails? Oh my can you tell I am already going nuts...

Any advice?

You just have to switch topics. There's another board that most of the girls who have conceived move to. They have threads of due dates and symptoms and stuff.

Still chugging along here in NJ --> 14 weeks pregnant, rapidly outgrowing all pants but feeling very happy to be in the 2nd trimester.
