hi terri,
sorry for not posting for a while. Good that atleast u were able to chat with the people who came for the meeting. I agree with you zita west is very comprehensive and it really will help us. I have been trying to eat healthy but sometimes very lazy to go for healthy food when fast food are easily available here. I should keep repeating to myself "eat healthy, eaat healthy". how do you plan your menu? do you have a food diary or a time table? I find it very hard to follow my plan.

What happen to the other girls, it seems very quiet here? Hope you are keeping up with the pma. me too...........

Hey, are u aware that there is a website www.ivfconnections.com it is a very very comprehensive site with seperate link for each problem. I found a lot and lot of info on male factor alone. I also came across PCOS. You can check it out to get more info. If you are using the same id I'll meet u there as well. I found some local ladies from singapore there under the heading "ivf by place".

Take care of urself.

lots of love

Hi Chel

I don't really plan exactly with my food. This last week I have been slack and eaten some junk! But still eating healthily as well. I actually found it easier when my husband wasn't here as I had to do the shopping! The main thing is I try and plan my lunch as I work in the city centre and if I don't bring my own, I'll eat crap! THere are so many fast food places in town. The thing that stops me when I go to eat junk, is I think 'that might stop me getting pregnant' even though thats probably ridiculous, it works and makes me eat healthier!

I'll check out that website you mentioned, thanks.

Mrs M, isn't it your consultation tomorrow? Good luck if it is.

I would like to thank all of you for doing the ovulation dance..........I think it worked. Now please can you do a baby dust dance too and I'll do it for all you as well.

thanks!!!!!

Hi All,

Hope everyone is well. Sorry I have been away for a few days, been so busy not had chance to read this forum. Looks like I have missed alot.
Anyway Im back now, so here goes.

KTF - How are you? Hope your well. Great idea about meeting up with our baby or should I say babies. I will reveal myself then too, may as well if we all meet in person   .

Terri - How are you. Is your neck better and are you still slacking off work (only joking you know what I mean) When are we going to do this Central News cover.... that will be a great one I can just picture my moms face   , Imagine our DH's faces...  .
sorry to hear you didn't gain any info from the support group Monday, they can be a waste of time, but you need to go as you may miss a good adviser. I hope you have ovulated today or tomorrow, will be doing the ovulation dance for you :) :) (we all know what you will be upto then before the weekend hee hee sorry couldn't resist) I have just done a baby dust dance for you, good luck chick... 8) 8) Girls lets all boogie on down for loads of baby dust for Terri...

Chel - How are you? Im so sorry to hear you news about the clinic messing you about. Some places don't seem to have any manners or consideration at all. I hope your still not feeling angry with yourself for trusting the clinic, you had every right to trust them, why should you not have put your trust in them, please don't feel angry with yourself. I dont blame you for looking into other clinics, you have nothing to loose. Hope your new thread works for you, fingers crossed someone may be able to help. I know the feeling when you say you can't stick to healthy eating, I usually start off for about 2 days then go back to my old habbits. We really must try to eat healthy we will look back and say it was all worthwhile at the time. Good luck with looking for new clinics or if you decide to stay with the current clicinic I wish you luck again, sorry was not around for a few days, I really missed this place. p.s the link you sent is very usefull.

Anyway ladies, tomorrow is my appointment. I rang the clinic to confirm the time and what the appointment was for, the lady on the phone seems to think its a follow up appointment after our BFN, surely they I would not have waited 4 weeks for a follow up appointment after a failed cycle???? Im really confused as I was certain we rang to arrange another appointment for a consultation on our new cycle about FET, as we know nothing about. Anyway I will fill you tomorrow evening. Feel really nervous to be honest.
I have also been doing a bit of boring job hunting this week, anyone got an jobs...hee hee hee. boredom is starting to sink in very badly now. Im hoping i can get a job to start in the new year.. that would be a lovely feeling new year, new job and a baby or babies... fingers crossed eh, this new year will be our year.... I think I have a habit of saying its our year next year.

Better scoot, its getting late

Love to all

hi terri and mrs M,

terri I think I will become a good dancer soon if u keep asking me to dance he he he  Hope this is the last dance i'll do for u (cos u will be pregnant and then I dont hav to dance) Wow! how nice to think of it. will keep everything crossed for u JUST DO IT!

Hiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii mrs M, missed u! Good luck for tomorrow. Don't feel nervous, stay positive. Don't let ur PMA go anywhere. I m really ok now. I hav found a local website and met two buddies who are also going to cycle in the same clinic. One of them said that the staff are ok but just that they are overloaded with work and thats why they sound crap at times. Guess what? I have a job opening in my centre, too bad we live in different parts of the world. All the best to find an ideal job. I am also posting at the ivf connection website under ivf by location topic. I m hubble there.

Take care ladies

Hi All

Hope you ladies are well...

Terri - want to wish you a very lovely holiday you will have a fab time in New York (lucky thing)... I hope the ovulation and baby dust dance worked for you :) :) Hope you will be back after, you can't desert us now...

Smita - How are you and your bump?? Thanks for good wishes for my appointment, it went ok part from the fact it brought everything back home, even though it was only a month ago I had a BFN, i really thought I was copying then you get stressed about it. I have been advised by Dr to have at least 2 AFs then can start, we were planning on starting in Jan, so my timing is right. new year new start & and hopefully new member of family.

Chel - How you doing? Bless ya lady, you missed me, how lovely, well im back now you will be fed up with me now... hee hee.. Im trying really hard to start feeling positive as from now!! good news on the job, bet your over the moon. Hope you can find some connections via your website. Good Luck!

better dash, love Mrs M xxx

Hi Chel,

sorry i have been away for so long, our internet has been out of order for a few days.
Anyway, how are you doing?? Glad to hear you have made a decision on which clinic your going to be using. I must say we have decided to do the same as you, were going to use the same clinic as last time too, suppose we both will know everyone and what to expect during next cycle.
fingers crossed were hoping to start Jan, as we have confirmed with the clinic already, they have advised to call them on day one of AF. DH has booked a holiday to Florida before we actually go most of the way throught the cycle, according to our dates, I may be taking the drugs while away for 1 week. Just need to find out more about FET.

Hope you have a fun packed weekend. :D :D

Love Mrs M xxxx

P.s how is the healthy eating going, mine is not so good, must be the cold weather for comfort eating...any excuse hey..

Hello everyone

How are you all?

I got back from New York today. I had a fantastic time, it was amazing. I did so much shopping!!!!!!!!!!!! Yesterday we went to bloomingdales and there were crowds of people there, when I asked someone what was going on they said Il Divo are about to sing! Totally amazing! They were brill. It was to open the christmas decorations there.

Everyone was so friendly, we just had the best time. I'm pretty jet lagged now so I'm off to bed.

Didn't manage to put everything to the back of my mind on holiday mind you, kept seeing pregnant women! And I think AF is coming, seem to have the signs. Oh well.

Hope everyone is okay
