Hi Nicki ... thanks for the Welcome back !! I have been away - around the country with work - over the last couple of week, so nowhere really exciting. Since I got back though, I just can't seem to get my life together .. See, Lost is on tonght, and I haven't even watched last week's yet ... Totally unorganised !

Thanks for asking about my tmt. We've had the Care consultation, and all being well will be cycling in Jan. I've still got to get the Welfare of the C forms sorted again, and put my GPs arm up his back to write me an NHS prescription for the drugs, but other than that hope to start a Cetrocide cycle (a cycle similar to the Short / Flare) mid-ish Jan. Yippee !

Better than that - df hasn't smoked for over 4 weeks, hasn't drunk for 5 weeks, hasn't had any sugar/caffeine for 10 days now ... I'm expecting the spermies to be super human.... Somersaulting, in the nicest possible way (not literally however, or that would mean big trouble !).

So - I've just seen a New Year thread ... So I'll go over there and join the girls I think ! Exciting !

I hope the 2ww isn't dragging too much (lol ! - sorry, I know that's impossible). It will all be worth it Nicola. Remember ... Lots and lots of positive visualisation .... Good luck Girl. This time is THE TIME.

Sand
great to see your back posting....you sound like you have been a busy bee.
The cetrotide cycle is so much easier. I have had no heqadaches and am going to EC on friday. All this from a girl they said was in early menopause. I definately think the fsh and detox diet of Zita's helped.
Good luck for your tmt in jan. Will speak to you before then.

love

Where have you two been?
Sandra! I will pm you as I am about to leave for my trip and have one last question to ask you.

Nicki!!! How did I miss that you are in your 2ww! That's wonderful, Dear! I really should get out more. I stay on the over-40 thread maybe too much.
Best of luck to you, Honey! Baby, baby, baby! :D

Hi Sandra,

I don't know if you remember me, but I cycled in June / July this year (got 5 eggs but no embies) and I'm at Care, Manchester. I just wanted to say I was pleased to see you've had your consultation with them. How did you find it? I think they're great. The nurses and scan ladies are lovely and the consultant we have (Mr Patel) is 'growing on me'.... I found him a bit abrupt at first, but there's defitely no bull***t with him!

Anyway, I just wanted to say 'Hi' and good luck for January.

Faith xx

Wow ! Thank you so much for all your messages ... It's lovely to be missed !!

Lisa ...As I said elsewhere ..!! Yippeeee .... This is such excellent news to return to. I hope you are taking it easy ?!?!?

Jeni .. A short cycle sounds pleasing to me - 10 days or so .. em, much better. I hope EC went well for you today. I'll go and find your news on the Nov thread if you've posted (you should be resting ..!)

Becky .. Thanks for the thoughts. Tmt minus the headaches sounds like a good way through .. Hope things are brighter at your end with your lad.

Randa .. I hope you have a wonderful hol !!! I'm sure you will - I'm very envious

Eskavon .. Thanks for the thoughts !! Sorry your EC's been delayed by a couple of days (I know it'll seem forever to you), but best to make sure everything's cooked properly !! I'll check the Nov thread for your scan news today

Faith - Hi ! Em, I know what you mean about Mr P. We've got him too. I couldn't believe it actually 'cos there were 2 other couples who were seen by him, before us. He came out in his welly things and I said to df that that couldn't be him ... with his v. strange walk .. Anyway, I warmed to him quite quickly .. As you say, straight to the point - which is the best way really, with quite a dry sense of humour. At one point he was going on about tests - HIV etc .. I was trying to tell him that I'd had them before, so I wasn't worried about the result (meaning that I knew they were all negative, so it wasn't a concern to me). He really couldn't understand what I was saying and kept insisting that I still needed to have the tests ... Em, I know, I know but ... I gave up in the end. Roll on Jan !

Nicki ... Still haven't caught up with L. Sawyer is a a bit of an evil stick isn't he. Charlie just sounds so English. John Lock is strange. Shannon's such a cow. Her brother's got really odd eyes .... In fact, each time I watch it, and it's so absurd and far fetched I tell myself that's the last time. Then I end up videoing it .... Em ...

Hope everyone has a good weekend !!!!
