Penny- i agree with smita doc have done it for the best reason....Grow follies grow....all 19 of them...goodness they keep piling up 
Plan some good days out with DH over the weekend it will help take your mind of things and sleeep a lot. the down reg always keeps me awake at night too. we are doing the step by step thing too, it's all about being positive in the moment eh!!
Smita- LOVE your little bambi or Faline...sweetie so it is. I used to watch all those films with my step daughter and cry buckets at bambi and dumbo. She used to cuddle me!!!!....... at 3 yrs old. sweet.
MLG- how's ya doing? Hope ER went well and you are resting up all day today. Hope you had many many eggs and they all fertilize...where is that FF ( fertilizing fairy)Smita sent us .......

Last night i was so tired after hcg i slept for 2 hrs then went to bed at 11pm and conked out till 8.30am this morn...So i was late for work. i have caught up now tho. As per Zita's recommendation have taken Arnica and will continue for the next 2 days. also have a fab book on visualisation so am doing relaxation breathing like my yoga. Also visualising each follie with egg and the fertilization. Sending PMA to all my follies and eggs.You might think I am mad!!!
PMA PMA PMA all the way. Won't be on the boards tonght. DF and i are going for a meal and night out with friends before the BIG midnight starvation. It's water that i will miss most especially friday morning. Anyway i am NOT complaining just taking it step by step and waiting for a good result XX

Hi Everyone....
I was wondering if I could join the 'Novembies'. I've just started my second IVF, the first was in June / July when, on a short Cetrotide protocol, I responded poorly and got five eggs with no embies to transfer. DH and I were devastated and it's taken until now to get 'back on the wagon'.
Some of you may remember me as I've been a member of this board for well over two years, since I found that endo had blocked my tubes and we would need IVF.... It took until June this year to start our first treatment due to problems with a high prolactin level, oh and the small matter of the malignant melanoma I had to have removed last year....
This time I am doing a 'flare' protocol with menopur (6 amps / day) and buserelin. I'm also taking baby aspirin and a low-dose steroid (both prescribed by the clinic). I've put myself on omega 3 fish oils and whey protein to try and help with egg quality and we're also doing ICSI this time to try and help with fertilisation (though DH is fine).
I've waited until now to post as because we got so few eggs and they were such poor quality last time, they wanted to do an FSH test on day 2 to see whether we could go ahead or not and I didn't dare tempt fate by posting before then (I was convinced it was going to be high and that would have been 'it'). Anyway....it was 7.5, so we were able to go ahead!
We go for a 'Day 8' scan next Monday and we'll see how the follies are doing. This time I just want to get to ET. Anything after that is either meant to be or not....
Hope everyone else is doing OK. Thinking of you all....
