Hi
I just wanted to join the thread. I had my ET this morning. Two little 8 cell embies popped back in and two frozen. It's been a funny old cycle. We're first timers and I got OHSS, but we made it in the end. Probably shouldn't be using the computer, but given I've got to go back to work tomorrow and sit at a desk, I don't think it's going to make too much of a difference. Test date 6 Dec... fingers crossed. The doctor recommended lots of shopping to take my mind off it!

Please add me to the list and wish me luck!

Hello lovely ladies

Just popping in really quickly to check the news. All seems to be going well. Well done to all who have got to transfer stage - yippee!

I am now waiting for AF - can anyone get hold of Riverdance to do a jig for me. I am now on day 31 of my cycle - last month my cycle was 54 days - I don't want to wait that long!

I will carry on reading now and catch up on my news!

Hi Everyone.
Hope that you're all doing well- the support that comes from this thread is invaluable.
I am having ER on Friday and at the moment I am sitting at my desk at work feeling so bloated and sore that I feel I am about to explode. My head is aching and I can't concentrate and I have bruises on my stomach from my poor injection technique- gosh I feel like crying. My scans so far have shown over 15 follies on each side and I know I should feel happy and excited but I honestly feel like crying. Sorry for being so miserable- this isn't the most upbeat message but I can empathise with anyone else who is feeling the same. Even worse is that I have become superstitious about silly things like wearing a certain pair of earrings to bring good luck everytime I have a hospital appointment...am I going mad?

Hello,

I'm wondering if I can join this group. I'm starting my IVF stim cycle Dec 2. It seems like alot of the Dec girls are ahead of me, but if I'm not too late I'd love to join you all. I'm 33 and have had 4 miscarriages and most recently ectopic rupture last Sept that occurred after 2nd IUI w/ Stim cycle. Very excited to be starting again. (Not so excited about the weight gain...Just started fitting back in my clothes after having the last 2 months off hormones!!)

welcome daly. you really have had a hard time of it, haven't you. sorry to hear about all you've been through, i hope this cycle works out for you.

no molly you're not going mad, even if you're at a positive stage in your cycle you've still got so much to contend with that's it's only natural to feel down at times. hang in there dear and best of luck tomorrow with ER.

jennie, well done on the follies.

the only sign i have is that my acupunturist said my pulse was approaching AF time so fingers crossed.....

Hi guys
just popped in to give you all a quick' high 5' and say happy jigging stimming and down regging.

My embies are bedding down as we speak ( day 6 now a blastocycst) I had a grade 1 and grade 2 embies put in and had an 8/10 for my 38yr old eggs!!!! We are well chuffed.

That's the good news...the difficult news is...as our clinic is closed at the weekend we can't test on our testing day SATurday 3rd...we have to wait until MOnday 5th.... so i have 2 more days to my 2ww!!!! A bit of a nightmare but hey! what's two more days in a 3 year wait???

feeling good but am amazingly tired tho and am just going for a sleep.
