et today - but still bleeding

Hello, Had et today ( one 8 cell and one 7) but I am still bleeding. Admittedly not as much but it is still there. Tracey's knickers would be very confused! The Dr had a good clear out before he did the transfer (not one of my more dignified experiences) and say he THINKS its not a problem. Thinks? Thinks? What does that mean???? So I am now on the 2ww with feelings of impending doom already. Don't know how I am going to last another 2 weeks. Hope those scheduled for et tomorrow and thurs go well

hi im on day 6 of my 2ww and it killing me.i wake up thinking it has'nt worked then by the afternoon i think well it might have.this bloody water's driving me mad.i'm thinking of doing a test but if it's positive i won't beleave it and if it's negative i'll crack so i don't really know what to do.im just sitting hoping and praying so i know how you feel .chin up girl and stick with it. good luck cath xxxxx

Sam, Hang on in there. I know all this is bloody awful but you're over the procedure now and I'm sure the bleeding is nothing to worry about. You know what there consultants are like, (a good boozing session wouldn't do them any harm), they're so vague and don't commit themselves to anything. All will be well, Rest now, good things ahead. Hi Sam Try not to worry about the 2WW, I do know what you mean I am on day 6 of the 2WW and I must admit its done my head in so far. I think one minute its worked and then the next minute it asn't. Like Cath I really want to do a test but its to early yet because it could give off the wrong signs. May sure you drink plenty of water, and are still using the pessaries. Hope to speak soon. Hi there I hated my 2ww's. What ever you do don't test early. I did and it said positive but by the time it came for the real test I was negative which did my head in further. Just try and relax but keep yourself busy with anything but IVF. Good luck lol Lissa x

Hi Sam, Just like I said in my e-mail try not to worry as i'm sure the consultant would have told you if he really thougth there was a problem. Yeah I know 5% isn't impossible, and i've hardly tested our new bed out since the last incident because of all the treament!!! No flying kites and make sure you rest. Love Deb x

Hi all still bleeding a bit but decided to be philospohical about it - whatever will be will be etc. Hi cath H and Shell - DON'T TEST! It will tell you nothing. Try not to have one in the house in case u r tempted. The first time I started testing on day 9 and there was a faint line but it all came to nothing. Poob is once you start testing you can't stop and it is just tons of cash flushed down the loo. If you feel tempted to again just put a post up and I will tell you not to ( as long as you do the same for me in a weeks time) How are your boobs Shell? I feel like when I stand I would like to put them on a shelf in front of me. Yours must look like a couple of falsies from your description!

Sam Try not to worry - a little bleeding is nothing to worry about and the womb lining is still fine so try and stay ++++++++ I am back from ET so we can sweat it out together and don't test - really not a good idea - my knickers are singing along nicely for you so don't worry. Shell how are the boobs - perhaps I could branch out into singing bras. Lissa - hi stranger how's tricks? Hi Sam and Trac Just thought I would say hello, boobs!! please don't mention boobs!! what are they anyway cus mine just don't feel like boobs at all they feel like bloodly lead weights, yeah design a singing bra cus I need something for mine. Glad ET went OK Tracy just make sure you rest plenty. Sam try not to worry to much about the bleeding I am sure you will be ok. I won't test honestly, but I have brought my HPT ready but I am staying strong and not going to do it until the 15th not long to wait now really. Love Shell xx

Hi girls Shell my boobs have come out in sympathy - I am feeling a tad like Dolly Parton - and my dh says my nipples look like football sprigs!!! Owwwwwwww! Haven't even started injecting yet. How's everybody doing? In tomorrow for the first scan and I guess injecting will start this weekend. Hope you are all okay - don't test yet girls! lol Lissa x

Hi Sam, Shell etc, Had e/c done yesterday, everything went fine. I also asked whether it was normal to bleed after e/c, e/transfer and they said it was, it was really quite common (after all the futtering about they're doing in there), so try not to worry. Good luck to everyone on the 2 ww, I'll be joining you all after Sunday's e/transfer. (p.s. does someone need a spare pair of boobs, these along with my big bloated gut are driving me mad).
