Welcome Angelena, I wanted to respond to the aspirin question. My first 3 clomid trials were at a different clinic that did not recommend aspirin unless you had some coagulopathy like ANA antibodies etc. However, after reading more and joining a new clinic for my last 2 stim w/ IUI and current IVF trial, they recommend everyone take baby aspirin daily because it is proven to increase blood flow to the ovaries. Also, oddly enough, at higher doses like the standard 325mg it can have detrimental effects. I take it religiously.

As far as ways to stay calm. I'm regularly a basket case, but have found great help in acupuncture (she's trained in infertility), yoga and decreasing activities and work load during this time. I found I was exhausted during stim cycle and didn't let myself rest much. I've had a load of miscarriages so I save all my rest for after I get pregnant. Now, I'm going to indulge myself the whole time and hope for better quality eggs.
Jennie- congrats of ET. Will be thinking of you Thurs.
Jeni Babies - I hope you have lots to distract yourself until Dec 3. You must be going crazy!!!
Bec P - Let your poor boobs have a rest. I've been pregnant several times (never past 11 weeks) and have had different symptoms with all of them. The hormones you are on are usually at enough strength to simulate all preg symptoms. Think positive!!! (so much easier to write than to do

Dizzie, your story sounds a bit familiar - I just barely resolved a cyst this month to be cleared for IVF also. What did they do different for you stim cycle. I am also a "poor responder"
Naba, I'm so sorry to hear about your medication mix-up. You don't need any extra stress!! Sounds like you've got the right dose now and will be well on your way to a great set of embies.

As for myself, I came home to what feels like a Christmas present. All my meds were waiting for me at my doorstep and I start w/ Follistim and Repronex on Friday. I'd better get my fat pants out of the closet...
Big hello to all December ladies!!
