Thanks all for your kind words and encouragement, it really helps!
I think I’ve finally come to terms with 2ww, I’m keeping positive (no matter what!!!!!)
Image

Anna – Sorry, know nothing about short cycles. Hope you have more info soon. Keep the PMA, there’s nothing like being positive and having a plan. Image

Jen – You are the best, you keep us all motivated and positive! Image
Good luck with Christmas shopping. Image
Almost there Image

Gel – Like the more known ladies said, keep positive and “spoil” your little embies, it’s not the size that counts it’s the spunk. Almost there! Image

Penny – Guess work is good for us. Hope OHSS gets better soon, and more importantly :) on the 9th

Smita – Thanks for all the PMA you keep “feeding” us with Image

All4Baby – Hang in there. I also had mild-to-moderate OHSS (I put on and extra of 4 to 5 kg!). It is very uncomfortable and for a few days your tummy will feel so full it is hard to have room for anything else. But keep drinking water ( I read somewhere on the Net that it’s good to drink sport-drinks because of the minerals in it), rest and it will be over soon. Image PMA

NickiMark – Hope you cold is better. Keep lazing, it’s good for you and you certainly deserve it for your bravery Image

Got my Christmas tree today, now just have to decorate it. I love Christmas Image Image

To everyone else, Baby dust Image and.....
PMA rocks!!!!!

(I guess I kinda went wild with the emoticons today)

A big hello to everyone

I haven't posted anything recently, but have been reading all of yours and your positive attitued and knowledge has kept me going. Had my egg recovery and got 10 eggs, 2 of which were to young to fertlise and of the other 8 only three matured. On the day of egg recovery (19th Nov) one of the embryos was abnormal but the other two were grade A and they put those two back in. Am waiting to do PT on Saturday - don't know who's more anxious me or my fiance. I just don't want to let him down (he's been through this 15 years ago with his first wife (they used a donor as before ICSI) and was never successful. Our wedding (which was booked two years ago) is on 5th August and if this goes according to plan I'd be due two weeks after the wedding. Oh god I hope I have to move the wedding!!!

Anyway - good luck to you all, and thank you for being there to answer so many questions.

Lots of Love AlyG

Will still test tomorrow and clinic says still to come for test on Monday, but all hope for this cycle has gone. The tears haven't formed yet as i was so sure it would be a BFP, am sure the tears will all come throughout the day.

Dear girls

I have posted this to the Dec cycle buddies too, I thought it might help.
Kept meaning to post you and eventually have managed to! Just want to say a few words, hope you don't mind. Best of luck to all of you buddies. I found, and still do, my Oct buddies a real help, Anyway just wanted to say don't give up the dream whilst on your 2ww. I know it's hard and you're trying to work out whether it's worked but the only way to do that is wait until your test date. I convinced myself at the beginning of my 2ww that it hadn't happened. I was tearful for a couple of days which I now know was due to my hormones and I thought that because I'd had my usual pre-af headache and a dream that af came that it hadn't worked. How wrong I was! So please don't worry about any 'symptoms' and relax as much as you can. I found that a spot of shopping and lunch later in the 2ww worked wonders for taking my mind of it.

Saw your message Jen, so sorry to hear that. I know your buddies will give you loads of support.

Love to you all.
