Hi all,
Hope you guys are all hanging on in there. I didn't believe it at first when people told me how hard out and crazy this last two weeks of waiting would be! Have just emerged from a no sleep 48 hour meltdown coz really truly convinced the AF was coming. Most of you guys know this info anyway I guess, but I called the nurses as I was having that very very definate "I am about to bleed heavy pulling sensation" (you know the one ...riiiggghtt?), but nurses assured me this is totally normal and just the progesterone again!

As an aside, how do you guys do all the cool stuff with the dust and flowers and little slidy things??!! Also my test date is on the 6th not 7th, but didnt know how to update list.

GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!!! Am praying santa filled our stockings early with our much wanted x-mas prezzie!!!

Hang on in there Mel P - your two weeks will be up before you know it and you'll have a big fat :D :D
Can't believe its a week since our two embies were transferred - going through the normal roller coaster of are they still in there or have they gone. OHSS is definately easing a bit - must be all the water I'm drinking   Wish I got air miles for each time I visited the loo
Well we're in December and the year end is in sight - hope we all have a happy end to the year x

Hi buddies

Glad to hear you are feeling better Penny...get used to the wee-ing a LOT...Cause it goes with BFP! :)

mel-Time does fly on 2ww....NOT. These last 2 days have been a very slow burn in H*LLImage. It's good to know we are all going through this....BIG HUGS to ya girl.

MLG- only 1 more sleep....to BFP.
elle and amors how are you doing?

My mood has been very low and yesterday i was so positive that it was a negative. All the PMA didn't work. BUT...
Last night my sister arrived with some bras for me. My little bee stings of a 34A, have grown and my last preg bra of 36B is to small...so my sis brought some bras she has outgrown. She got all the boobs of the family. when she was preg she went to an F cup

Anyway here i am trying all these bras on and feeling low. When i actually got one that fitted...I looked at the size it was....................... 36D...Blooming heck, Image ( please note i actually said something completely different here) i couldn't believe it. Me with big boobs...It made Adam smile Image

ALSO 1 QUESTION; how long are you all on the pessaries for. My are 12 days...takes me to test day.

anyway Buddies sending loads of PMA and Baby Dust to you all

Love jen

Hi Jen,

Good news about the boob fairy ... may she visit us all! I know what you mean about getting low, but keep up the PMA - it's the only certain thing we have to go on at this stage!

I've got 3 wks worth of pessaries, and was told that if I got a BFP I'd have to get 3 months more supplies - deep joy! I don't know if it's the same for everyone or just certain circumstances.

Eskavon, I sympathise with the loo visits - I'm living in there at the moment!

I also have a question for everyone out there ... I had my EC last Thursday, ET on Saturday and I thought the bloated feeling would go down, but I'm feeling worse than ever ... I look and feel about 6 months pg! Drinking gallons and weeing okay, but it's getting to the point where my stomach feels like it's sitting in my chest and I have to go to sleep sitting up as I feel so uncomfortable! I've put a call into the clinic this morning just to make sure everything's ok, but in the meantime has anyone else gone through this? Also can't stop thinking about food, but feel sick when I eat due to huge bulging stomach!

Had a bit of a weep last night ... so p***ed off with feeling out of control of my body, and I was convinced that OHS will mean complete failure. It seems incredible to think anything good could come out of feeling so bad.

Sorry guys, don't mean to bum anyone out ... maybe it's just the Cyclogest progesterone making me weepy and pre-menstrual!

Hi Jeni
Your boobs story made me laugh as I'm also in the same boat - DH thinks Christmas has come early
I'm on the hateful pessaries another 2 weeks after test date - should BFP show its head - there seems to be variation dependant on which clinic you're at.
Contemplating testing early as I'll have waited 16 days to test .... what do you guys think??

Penny,
NO testing early!

Jen,
Big Boobs sounds cool!! 8)
Maud,
From what I've read on these boards, OHSS getting worse is a sign of a BFP :D

Hang in there girls!Keep thinking positive
Sending you love and hugs,

Ok smita I won't but I do seem to have to wait soooo much longer than some of you other guys ... I'll be a good girl.
Maud that sounds like OHSS - very bloated tum and uncomfortable sometimes with back pain ... it can get much worse ... make sure you drink plenty and speak to you hospital. Mine said so long as I was eating and drinking ok then not to worry too much that it was just mild. My tum has resembled a beach ball for the past week - skimpy dresses definately out of the window   . Take care x

Just wanted to come in and say good luck to you all.

Penny and Jen - those swelling signs do sound very encouraging (not just for our DH's  )

Hope you are all taking care of yourselves. Not too long to go.

Baby Dust and huge amounts of +ve vibes to all.

Thanks for the reassurance guys - just got back from the hospital where I had a quick scan, and they confirmed I've got a moderate case of OHSS, so I'm upping the protein and water intake.

I asked them if it could damage the whole process and the little embies and they said no, in fact it could be a good sign (said cautiously!) which I hadn't heard before, so thanks for the encouragement Smita ... we'll wait and see!

Eskavon, all I can say is thank god it's winter ... i'm living in thick loose sweaters at the moment!

Thinking of you all ... it's the end of another day and they're ticking away now.

BIG FAT BLOATED POSITIVE VIBES TO YOU ALL!!!
