No i don't want to test AT all at clinic...but i must it's part of their closure on treatment...It's the NHS and they have a strict protocol.
it's only then that we can get an appointment with the consultant (probably about 3-6wks time ) to go over this cycle and see if they will fund another...
We went out last night and had a good family meal last night. I drank a bottle of wine, ( first in 12wks as i was keeping my body pure for my embies) I cried a lot and felt somewhat better ...
a least it's 21 days to Christmas...it gives me something to focus on this month. I also start back at work on Tuesday...so i will be busy this week.

Jeni, just wanted to say good luck back at work this week ... I can imagine it must feel really strange going back into a world where everything's been carrying on as normal and there are people who don't know what you've been going through.
Hope there are some understanding and supportive friends around you at work who'll ease your transition back in.
Well done on the bottle of wine - onwards and upwards I say!!

Jen good luck back at work. If you need to take 5 mins out, go and sit in the toilets and let your boss wonder where you are!. Hope it's not too traumatic going for your test.
Best wishes

Jen, so sorry to hear you had a horrible time of it - stay positive and we'll all be doing the same for you.
I'm pretty new to this site, but Smita kindly directed me to this forum - I've got 2 days left of the 2ww. Wouldn't it be nice if they could knock you out at EC and not bring you round again until 2ww is over?
Think it is worse for Mark (DH) - he's hovering round the bathroom every time I go, asking if all is OK. 36hrs and counting.
