Can anyone advise what is the average waiting list time? Or even better, can anyone advise for the Glasgow area?

I don't want to disappoint you but the waiting time, to my knowledge, is around 2 years, give or take. I recently asked the very same thing and researched the wait in different centres in Scotland. I was told that Edinburgh has about the longest wait of 2.5 years. However in parts of the Borders it is 3 -6 months and in Ayrshire well under a year. So unfair, huh? Because of this my DH and I are going privately. Even for an initial consultation at an infertility clinic in Edinburgh, its 5 months!! A colleague of my sister in law had tmt in Glasgow and went private to the Nuffield due to the long wait in Glasgow. Sorry if this is all negative, I know how frustrating it is having just been there myself.
You may find it useful to post this on the general forum because I know there are at least 2 girls having tmt in Glasgow so they may be able to tell you the exact wait.
