hi all
i had my scan today and the lining is doing well, so i get to do the really nice part now......those lovely supposistories.......
start them on sat, stop sniffing, and keep taking those horrible hrt tablets, i am sooooooooooooo sick, i havent actually thrown up {yet}, but app its a common side-effect.....
then we go in on monday for transfer and test on christmas day.. we have 4 embies and the clinic reckon i have a good chance of abfp....
so i hope i get a nice christmass present.

LISA ....have cramps is normal ,this is what our doc told us, and by doing a preg. test it will not tell you anything,did your doctor tell you anything about this??there is still lots of hope,so just hang on a little longer.....
i know that is hard but try to keep your mind off of it................

hi all,

I am new to this thread. Waiting for my FET. The lining didn't look great during my last appt. Have an appt this friday. If everything goes well, I will have it sometime next week. We have 4 frozen embies.

Jackie glad to see all is going well. Good luck with the transfer on Monday.

Nicki, don't know much about IUI, our drs recommended we went straight to IVF as I am over 40 with unexplained infertility. Don't know if this helps with your decision. good luck.

THANK YOU EVERYONE BUT I AM NOT TOO EXCITED AS I GOT AN EMAIL THIS AM FROM ONE OF THE MEMBERS THAT HAS BEEN HERE A WHILE & EVERYONE TOLD ME TO ASK QUESTIONS TOO. WELL I ASKED HER IF SHE THOUGHT IT WAS STILL POSSIBLE THAT I COULD BE PREGNANT EVEN THOUGH YESTERDAY MORNING'S TEST WAS NEGATIVE. AND SHE SAID THAT WITH A 5 DAY BLASTOCYST TRANSFER I SHOULD HAVE HAD A LINE WHEN I TESTED ON THE 12DPO. SO IT DOSENT LOOK GOOD.I CANT STOP CRYING BUT IF THIS IS GODS WISH THEN THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO...
I WILL WRITE TOMORROW WHEN I GET THE CALL FROM MY CLINIC, BUT NOT HOLDING OUT TOO MUCH HOPE NOW.
I AM GLAD I TESTED AS I WONT BE AS DISAPPOINTED TOMORROW, IF IT SHOWS NEG, AND IF IT IS POSITIVE THEN WHAT A GIFT THAT WILL BE.

I'm honestly sorry and I'm feeling if you got upset about it.. it was meant to give you hope, not dash any hopes you had as its VERY important to think positive right now....

I'm sorry your HPT was not good news honey..
I feel if you had 5 day blasts transferred, there should be some hcg production starting by now, if implantation has occured..
Unfortunately, brown discharge doesnt always mean implantation bleeding.. it could also mean that while they did the transfer, they dislodged some of the old blood already there in your uterus(which is whythey said its normal to have it after the procedure), so you just have to wait for test date.
There have been lots of cases where it takes a while for the embies to latch on and start the hcg production..
I dont know what to say actually- just keep the prayers on and HE knows best what to do cause HE has a plan in mind for you.
The hpt you did today could be a case of testing too early.. just hang in there for another 2 days..
I also feel that bloods are a more accurate measure of pregnancy, so ask your clinic if they will do blood tests , or is it just going to be hpts..
I dont think my post was of any help really, but just want to wish you the very best for the 7th..

I had 4 Blast FE on my 1st attempt but didnt survive during thawd. I was really upset coz not just i failed on my 1st one but as well embies didnt survive. I was blaming and asking myself what have i done to deserve this? But life shld go on. Always think positive and headup. As long as ur still alive n kicking theres always another chance. I started my 5th attempt last month and luckily (risk taker) embies reached into Blast stage and freeze 4. I had 2 Blast ET last monday.Cross our finger that this will be our greatest xmas pressie of the century. We all deserve this gurls!

Thank tou so much . I just hope it grows so that i can do the FET this time.

I know i am being silly - but can't stop asking this. My first IVF failed last month. I was extremely cautious except for the fact that i ate some real spicy food and my stomach got upset. Could that be the reason y it didn't click last time?

some time next month we will have our first frozen transfer.....well i see that is not working out very well for other pepole, so is really frozen embryos transfer good as the fresh one???
