HELLO ALL,
JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH MY DOCTOR AND SHE SAID SHE IS JUST AS SHOCKED AS I AM. SHE SAID SHE WENT OVER THE EMBRYOS WITH THE EMBRYOLOGIST AND ALL WAS GOOD. SHE SAID IT WAS A PERFECT CYCLE....
APPARENTLY NOT.
SHE SAID THERE IS NO REASON TEXTBOOK THAT WE SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET A BFP.
IT IS JUST THE LUCK OF THE DRAW, LIKE ANYONE ELSE TRYING TO GET PREGNANT SOMETIMES IT WORKS SOMETIMES IT DOSENT.
WAITING FOR MY PERIOD SO WE CAN START AGAIN, I FEEL ALITTLE BETTER BUT IT STILL HURTS.

I hate the randomness of this. I wish we had more control - if we did all the right things, and everything else went well, why doesn't it work??

I guess you never can tell. I guess luck has got to be on our side or else it's not going to work. We just have to accept it's just not meant to be. I'm repeating that to myself every day at the minute, though it's not particularly helping. But I guess you have to think, what happens if one of the embie's did latch on, but it didn't develop. It would have prolonged the agony and been more distressing to find out a few weeks later. Maybe it just wasn't right this time, but that's not to say it ain't going to be right next time. Hang on in there. PMA

unfortunately it's not an exact science. not like an equation where if all the parts are correct you get the right result. that's what makes it so unfair and heartbreaking.
i truely hope it works out for you lisa, for all of us.

I was watching an episode of Friends this morning before I got up for work - very lazy I know.

It was the one where Pheobe has her brothers & his wife's embryos transferred & lo & behold on the same day she did a pregnancy test and it was positive - she eventually went on to have triplets.

Why couldn't it really be that simple!

I had a similar experience last month. Everything went perfectly well. I had 2 fresh embryos transferred at the blastocyst stage. Still, it didn't click. I may have FET this month.

WELL AT LEAST I AM ONLY CRYING ONCE OR TWICE A DAY NOW. HOW UNFAIR IT ALL SEEMS. EVENTUALLY WE WILL ALL BE MOMMIES WE JUST HAVE TO HANG ON TO HOPE..
I STARTED TO BLEED TODAY SO I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL DAY THREE TO GO BACK TO MY CLINICAND START ALL OVER AGAIN.
I AM JUST GOING WITH THE FLOW THIS TIME... NO STRESS.
YEAH RIGHT.....

Life is cruel, but I truely believe waht will be will be, and if life wants it to happen it will. xx

My first 2 IUI's were perfect, no explaination why it failed but it did and there is a reason why we just cant see it right now.

I am sure I will get my BFP one day, I have to be patient and wait,

Lisa u must take time to Grief but trust me one day it will happen and u will look back undersatnd why it hasnt worked in 2005.

We all ask the question "Why?" don't we? Why us, why does this happen to us beautiful ladies what have we done wrong. I then think that it is just not meant to happen to us at this time. God has our lives planned for us and we will never find out these reasons until we see Him. We will find out one day. In the meantime we have to strength and go through this. Whilst we don't always feel it this is making us stronger people. We will become mommies soon.

Keep the faith ladies we are a special group of ladies and we can do this together.

hi guys...i too was told i had perfect eggs and embies...sounds like you said rachel, mother nature is not an exact science !!!!

Unluckly i only had 2 embies on this cycle so i have none for a FET.
I have decided to wait until May giving my mind body emotions and Spirit some time to recooperate before starting it all again...

Jag what you said really touched my heart...thank you for those words of wisdom.
