Thanks Bel we think it's good to and certainly better than we were expecting transfer is tommorow at 10:45 and then we'll be on the 2ww.
I'm so bloated today but thankfully no way as sore as our first go. Itold the anethesist how i had pain in my diapragm last time he said that was there fault as you are put to sleep you stop breathing for a little so they bag you and breath for you until you do again he says i was probably bagged to hard which in turn pushes air into your stomach which causes the pain so thankfully they went a little easier on me this time which makes things a lot easier. Any way i probably won't write for a few days i read some where it's not good to be on the computer for a few days after a transfer whether it's true or not i don't know but better to be safe than sorry. Have a good time in sydney bye.

Hey Jo,
OMG!!, it's 11:45am Sydney time (10:45 in Brissy) when I'm reading your message and typing a reply..that's got to be a good sign surely!!!..AM sending positive vibes to you in those day theatres as I type.. :D

Can understand wanting to stay away from the computer for a few days, I read that somewhere as well, I think it's a Zita West rule.

Do let us know how it all goes though when you're ready.
Good luck for the 2ww!!

Hiya,

Jomae, GOOD LUCK with 2WW! I understand of your need to get away from a computer for next several days, you take care. SOOOOOOOOOOO good to hear that you had a wonderful harvest - well done.

Bel, I hope Sydney is bit more comfy weather wise too. Are you going to be in Sydney until after Christmas? I am doing ok, as I replied to Becks on her photo thread I am turning 30 and 4 tomorrow. I am not happy. Really really unhappy about it... so all day tomorrow I will be focusing my thoughts on yummy food and family in UK.

Catch ya, Tiger

Hiya,

Thanks for my b'day wish. I had a lovely day thank you :). I am so blessed to have people that celebrate it with me - thank you again! And it is so lovely to hear that my hubby's birthday is same as 'lil Annie's and mine with Mr.Jomae.... :) :) :) very good omen for me - yay.

Bel, sounds like you and Annie are having so much fun in Sydney!! I envy you both; I will be in freezing cold UK this time next week so rolling around on the beach sounds just divine. You brought a little smile on my face with Miss Annie's icecream episode too - how gorgeous!

Jo, I hope that next 9 days will go very quickly for you. I am with Bel, I have a really good feeling about this one. So close to Xmas too; I am sure it will be a BIG FAT POSITIVE!! Sending you tons of baby dust on your way!

Catch again soon. Tiger

Hi BelB and Tiger
Thanks for your PMA we certainly feel we have a better chance this time mainly because we had better embryos put back this time and had some left to freeze and it helps that I'm no way near as sore this time. We have to change our test on the ticker to the 27th of Dec. We knew we wouldn't go in on christmas day but they actually wanted us to wait 15 days from the transfer date instead of the ovulation date which we thought was to happen. I suppose it's better though this way we won't have to worry about the results until after xmas.

Bel hope your not near the riot areas certainly doesn't sound good down that way at the moment.

Tiger do you have family in the UK or is this just a place you wanted to visit for a hloiday, how long are you going for ?

Take care jo

Hi Jo,

my hubby is English, so we are off to UK to spend Xmas with his folks this year. Since coming to Japan we have been doing UK and OZ alternately. We are going for 14 days, from 22nd Dec to 4th Jan.

What is with this riot in Sydney btw... it is very sad to read about something like this happening in Australia. I have heard nothing of it in Japan but I know there is fair bit of it mentioned in UK... let's just hope that all will be resolved and everyone of us will have a peaceful Christmas next week.

Take care sweetie, I have everything crossed for you.

Cheers, Tiger

Hey Tiger,

Over the last week or so there has been clashes down on Sydney beaches Cabramatta i think, between Aussies and ethnic groups mainly Lebanese and muslim groups. They showed footage of hundreds of people running through the streets terrorising and bashing people. From what i've heard the Aussie's retaliated against lebanese who have been causing trouble regarding Aussie women wearing bikini's on the beach. Basically the whole thing has turned into huge violent clashes between the groups. There has even been threats made by the muslim community including it's leader to kill Howard and his family. Of cause there is hundreds of police policing the streets making certain areas are alcohol free, and locking down potential danger zones The police are pulling all cars over to check who's going where and checking what they have in there posession there's people getting caught with baseballbats and samari swords. They've even found stashes of petrol bombs. Thats why i asked if BelB is anywhere near it sounds pretty scary hey.

Getting of the subject what takes you guys to japan is that where you are from? sounds great to be able to see other parts of the world. Anyway take care jo

Hey all,

The riots look really awful, very sad that this is happening in Australia..I guess I like to think that we are such a happily multicultural country, which for the large part we are. Jo, we are on the north side of Sydney, so far no trouble over here, though I believe that the police are doing extra patrols at all of the beachside suburbs including mum and dads. Fingers crossed all stays quiet!

Jo, sounds like you're lovely and positive which is great, and why shouldn't you be..Healthy, high quality embies and a healthy happy mum should lead to a BFP in my books!! I have everything crossed for you on the 27th.

Tiger, almost time for you to fly out to the UK..wishing you a wonderful time. Will you have PC access over there so you can keep us updated on your news (and so you can share Jo's BFP excitement??)

We're doing well, back to the beach this morning, Annie had a lovely time, she is even becomign braver around the water!

Take care all

Hello,

finally I am back in... this internet bizzo can really drive me nuts.

Jo, thanks for your detail explanation of Sydney situation, I bought The Japan Times today just to see if there was something on it - and yes there was something. It is hard to imagine something like that can happen in Australia - but I guess we cannot pretend to be as naive as we would like to be.

Bel, I think Heather is taking a real break away from this IVF crap(!) for now. I am sure she will return all refreshed up in the new year - yay. I am not sure how much internet access I will have while I am away but I am not about to miss big BFP news from Jo on 27th!!

Cheers, Tiger

Hi Jo,

you must resist doing hpt before the due date. You must!! Tell your DH he is very vey naughty to nag you like that.... but he must be as anxious as you and so what can I say? This is when everyone here says you must be really strong.....

I am bloated really badly too today. It is always very difficult for me around time of ovulation... I have my bloaty-day clothes and good-day clothes in my wardrobe but lately I feel like I am hardly in my good-day clothes??? sad sad..... it could just be that I am putting on weight around my tummy - AHHH???

Take care Jo, Cheers, Tiger
