Hi everyone, could you add me to the list please? I had 2 out of my 3 eggs transferred on Saturday and am going out of my mind with waiting already! Test date is 21st. With a FSH level of 18.9 they've been telling me not to hold out much hope all the way thro, so although ecstatic to get this far the waiting is enough to drive you crazy isn't it?

PS Came on the boards quite a while ago but have been lurking for a while. Just as I started IVF my DP's 16 year old daughter came to live with us and I've had to give her my spare room where the computer lives!

Hi ladies on the 'can't stop thinking about embies every second of every day' wait!!!

Oh my God, how you lovely ladies who have done this before have got any fingernails left, I'll never know. This is an absolute nightmare! I swear the days are longer than 24 hours now. I'm mad aren't I? My partner works away from home during the week, but he's at home tonight and I can't even take him to bed to take my mind off things - GREAT!!
Well, I just wanted to pop in and say hello and my thoughts are with everyone recently who has had a BFP.

Hi, hope everyone who's waiting is not going as mental with impatience as me! Thanks for adding me to the list Jen.

Wouldn't it be good if we had some kind of magic machine at home that we could switch on and have a look inside and see what on earth is going on in there?!

My mum's just been round and I've been grilling her about any symptoms she may have noticed when she was pregnant with me. Unfortunately that was 34 years ago and she can't remember! Very frustrating.

Jen the ice skating sounds fantastic especially the bit about the hot wine!!

Dizzie I think there are about 48 hours to each day on the 2WW, I found the 1st week not too bad, but the second week is pure hell. I now what you mean about wanting to drag your partner off to bed,

we don’t seem to get any pleasures on the 2WW except hopefully a BFP at the end, then all the waiting will be more than worth it.

Ellie when you work out that magic machine can I have a go please. Isnt it hard not to analyse every symptom, Ive had a bit of cramping which I have read you can get even when pregnant so desperately trying to keep PMA up but its hard.

hi all
it just dawned on me that i can join this thread now. im on my 2ww , and due to test on 25/12, we have had 3 embies put back in and am cramping tonight, am i normal???
can anyone help with a worry....my clinic said to use the pessaries in my bum, but i have been reading on here where some girls are saying no... cos its a fet, we must use them up front.... any help on this ?????
i have started on my aspirin also, and the usual milk and water e.t.c.
so if anyone can add to this i would be gratefull

Suppose I qualify to be on this thread, although don't feel PMA I must say, just had a big work knockback and one way or another can't wait for this horrible year to end!
Jackie, have you got Cyclogest? You can do vag or rect, doesn't matter. I always do vag though because it's less yucky! Also it feels like it's going to get there quicker, although that's completely unscientific. Basically the progesterone is absorbed into the blood stream, so it's probably quicker rect. but either is fine, honestly, shouldn't make any diff whether fet or fresh.

Thanks for this info. It's the first time I've used this site and I've got my pregancy test tomorrow. With all the IVF process I've got lost with my cycle. It's Day 14 today and I've experience spotting. Do you think it's rather late to be implantation? Anyway I'll discover the result tomorrow.

hello to all you newbie 2ww'ers...good luck

jackie-cramping is normal at this stage i had it for 8 days after ET. Try and rest as much as possible , keep you feet up and keep warm.

lara- PMA is difficult when you haver had many knocks on the ivf/icsi road...We are here to cheer you on. when is your test date!??? I looked on the dec test thread is it 23rd dec???

mandy...good luck for tomorrow Honey...hope you get a great big postive
Sometimes spotting happens the same time as AF does. It can be spotting or brown smudges. My clinic says 1 out of 3 still bleed on time of 1st AF even tho they are preg. try and keep positive....

gailp- I have read your test thread and i am sorry that it was a BFN.
