Oh my goodness! I've only just seen this post. So sorry everyone.

OK. A little update for those who haven't seen elsewhere. I've been in hospital with OHSS for a while. I'm out now though, and my HCG levels are finally rising nicely...921 at the last count! I'm a little more comfortable now, but my stomach is still HUGE!!!!

I'm booked in for a scan on Weds morning where they will hopefully be able to tell us if there's one or two in there!!! I would love to see a heartbeat or something to reassure us, but I know it's extremely unlikely. Doc has said that by no means are we out of the woods yet, and must be prepared for ectopic. So scared. Trying not to be excited, but so want to be. This doesn't seem real at all...I wonder when it'll all sink in. I can't bear to think what it would be like to get bad news after travelling this long road.

Thank you all SO much for your concern. It amazes me that there are so many lovely lovely people out there. Sending you all huge cuddles and lots of love. Let me know how you're all getting on.

Hi Lavender, firstly huge congrats, great news!

Secondly, coincidentally I've just been through the same thing as you! Got out of hospital yesterday after being on a saline drip for a week ... they had to drain me on Thursday as I was about to pop (they got 4.5 litres of fluid!) I'm growing again so like you, I'm still ENORMOUS and the albumin levels are still low, but hopefully things should start to improve in a week or so.

Ref your scan this week ... how long since your ET? Mine was 3 weeks ago and they were able to see a small black dot at my scan on Thursday ... still not sure if it's 1 or 2 though. So they should be able to see something to put your mind at rest this week.

Good luck with it all, hope you feel better soon (in time for Christmas anyway!)

Scan today - saw the sack and the yolk stem which they said was healthy! Think it's one, but because still so early still can't rule out 2! Ooo, can't wait to find out for sure. Next scan on the 10th Jan when I will be 9 weeks and 1 day!!

lOL and happy xmas!
