Hi - first time user. We have been through our 3rd cycle (2 ICSI and 1 IVF) and my wife had a bleed 9 days after ET - she has subsequently felt "odd" and has since had 2 positive home pregnancy tests - anyone else had this experience. in a mixture of elation and confusion!

I had a full blown period when I got my BFP almost exactly 1 year ago. Some women still have their periods when they find out they're pregnant, others have bleeds due to the implantation of the embryo. I believe bleeding is not an uncommon experience.

Sometimes, women bleed due to the embryo implanting in the uterus. I would not be really concerned if it was not a heavy flow. Most of the websites advice to call the RE if you bleed more than a day or so.
