Cheryl,
Sweetie,
90 days to go for you!!
and a week to go until u reach the 3rd tri!!
Sounds like you're having a fantastic time ..Just dont strain yourself and remember all of you- just keep up your fluid intake.. I wish i'd not reduced my intake when I was told the levels were back to normal..
anyway just wanted to let you all know to carry on with water, milk etc...

love,
smita

Hi girls,
Hope everyone had a nice last christmas before babies are here.

We are just not long home from our detailed 20wk scan, it was amazing, bubs was really active, kicking away, don't think it liked being prodded. We found out the sex, we are having a beautiful, healthy wee GIRL. We can now start saying she instead of it or bubs.
Can't wait to start buying lovely wee pink dresses and stuff now, January sales here i come, lol.
Sorry this is short and sweet but all the excitement has tired me out.
Take care and talk to you all soon,
Lotsa love

Michelle

Congrats Michelle - scan sounds perfect and thanks Smita for tips - I don't think I'm drinking nearly enough water or milk. This is a shortie too - I'm absolutely exhausted so I'm on my way to bed!! (I'm getting earlier every night!)

love to all,

Hasn't happened to me exactly but I did have AC(abdominal circumference) that was over date and BP (Bi-polar) that was under date which I got very stressed about - sonographer and midwife reassured me that its quite normal for things to grow at different rates and will all even- up later on - I would assume that would apply to femurs too. Also, I know that most adults do have one leg slightly shorter than other - I'm an ex dancer and mine was discovered during physiotherapy at college so maybe your scan was so precise that it was picking up that completely normal occurence - probably most of our babies have a small discrepancy?! This is just my opinion but it doesn't sound like anything to worry about. Good luck with it all - not long to go now,

Happy New Year everyone!

Did anyone do anything really fun last night? My husband and I are both really sick and did absolutely nothing. Well, I guess I shouldn't say that...My inlaws were in town visiting and we played some games. It was a fun relaxing night. I feel a little better today, but man...between being pregnant and having a bad cold, I am exhausted!

I am having one of those really emotional days...I have been crying over everything. I cried over the kind of pizza we were going to order tonight!

Not to mention, I have suddenly started panicing about everything we have to do before the baby is born and that I am taking on too much. I was in the middle of getting my teaching certification when we became pregnant and have signed up for two classes this spring. I am just tired even thinking about it. I hope I didn't make a big mistake.

I am so excited for the baby, I feel even guilty thinking these anxious thoughts...

Dear brs888

aahhhh!! Are you feeling any better now? It's best just to stay in bed on days like that! I feel really emotional often but mainly very grumpy for some reason - can't wait for it to stop. I do cry a lot as well - you know at adverts etc and other important things like that! Anyway I hope your feeling a bit better. When I feel stressed about future things (like your courses) I always try not to think about it. Things usually happen with a lot more ease than you think they will when you think about them an just think how pleased you will be with yourself when you have your baby AND two courses under your belt. Love Vicky.

Thanks, Vicky, for the thoughts and well wishes :) I can always count on all of you to make me feel normal. I am feeling better today. My husband might disagree with me  , but I haven't been all that emotional, but it all caught up with me yesterday. It was like my thoughts and feelings were uncontrollable. Crazy!

Hope all is well with everyone and that you all had wonderful holidays :D :D
