Thank you for sharing your experience, and I am so happy it finally happened for you and your wife. I guess persistence is the key here. You are right - it's just a temporarily set back. I am going to use this month to get both physically and mentally healthier for the next cycle. I'll probably start my yoga and aerobic classes again.

Hello everyone,

Well I started stimming today and I will stim for about 10 days.

I was spotting earlier while on the BC pills but that has stopped.

I will keep you all posted on all of the drama, crying and moodyness that is to come

Oh my poor DH!! He was soo good last time. I hope he continues to pamper me

Hey everyone. I am new and just posted my introduction. I am doing IVF right now. Retreival should be January 19 and transfer about January 24.

I just had my egg retrieval yesterday. The implantation should be Sunday or Tuesday so I should know by Jan 24 or the 26th....

Out of 20 follies, they collected 15 eggs, out of the 15, 11 fertilized. Just waiting to see how many made it to embies. I will find out tomorrow.

Its MEEA, (name spelt differently as I had to reregister)

I originally started this thread!! but alas can not continue with it in a positive light. A week into the 2 week wait I was visited by AF.

Two embryos drifted away. The time obviously was not right.

I can not face the idea of going through this again at this stage. Who knows when I will be ready.

I wish baby dust to you all. I will still sign in to see how you all are getting on.

Hey everyone! My IVF got cancelled last Friday. My Estrogen was too low. Totally not what I was expecting. Can get into my doctor for another consultation until January 26. Now my hormones are a wreck coming off all of my stimms. Have no clue when I will start AF. What bothers me most is I got cancelled did not even go thru the whole process. My ER was supposed to be today so I am pretty down!

Sorry to see your tmt got cancelled. If you read through the threads you will see that I have had a very similar experience. I started tmt Feb 05 and still have not got to ER stage! Have had problems with meds not working to down reg, cysts appearing ( and reappearing) Stim meds not working, AF taking 62 days to arrive and E2 levels too high!! I totally sympathise with you in the disappointment of it all. I haven't seen too many posts about cancelled cycles but we do need time to readjust, dust ourselves down and pick ourselves up! Be good to yourself and dh.

Remember....we WILL get there. Sending you PMA to get through this time. Just hang in there

Good luck with appmt next week. Will be watching for your news

Hey Anna,

Thanks for your support. How many times have you attempted IVF? What is your Dx? Yes it is very frustrating! When are you trying again?

I stopped my stimms on January 13 and am spotting just a bit now. Don't know if it is really AF or not. I am hoping it will hold off completely until I talk to the RE on Thursday.

Yes it would be great if this could be our year!
