anna

hope you're keeping up your usual pma. you're a strong woman and by sheer strength of character you will get there.
i remember reading on my meds that they could cause cysts but bear in mind that an estimated 40% of women get functional cysts, most of whom don't even realise.

fingers crossed that your cyst will disappear this month and lower your E2 levels as a result. keep the faith.

jen, i read in another post that your dad is on the mend. i'm so glad to hear that. you must be so relieved he's off the critical list, that's really good news. i hope he goes from strength to strength. i know how hard it is not being close to loved ones when they're unwell but now that things are looking up i hope it gives you some peace of mind.

dizzie, thinking of you today.

take care ladies

Hi everyone

Dizzie we are all thinking of you...hope to hear some positive news today that will put your mind at rest! :)

Anna how are you doing today? I too are amazed at your abundant PMA... Go girl!!! Hope you have some good questions written done to ask the docs on the 24th....I am hoping with all my heart that they will give you another chance soon. 8) And these cysts will all be gone!

Rachel- thanks for your support...I am a daddys girl so i find it reallly difficult to see him so low. But today they took the oxygen of him and he is eating more so is definately on the mend. My poor mum is exausted so i am taking her out for lunch today before we visit. :) How are you doing in yourself Honey?

jackie- how are things for you today? You must be near to EC? It's amazing that your older sister has got preg...I always wanted to be preg the same time as my sister, so we could share the special time ( and preg moans) together. Fingers crossed that you get to share that time together too.

I am counting the days until my consultant meeting...i am hoping that we will get another try at the short protocol...lets hope so anyway

catch ya all later

Hi everyone,

I will be going to EC in 3 hours. I've very excited!!

The problem is... Because EC is so late in the afternoon, I'm starving because I was told I couldn't eat anything after midnight.

Thats almost 22 hours.

Thanks JeniBabes, Anna and everyone else for the well wishes.

I can absolutley feel the PMA all around me and I'm sending back to all of you.

I will let you know how many they retrieve :D

We all know it only takes 1 good one.

Good luck to all,

Jackie

Hi ladies, thanks for messages. I do think that I am addicted to this site. DH is getting worried about the amount of time I spend here. I actually wait for him to go out now before I log on...feel bad about that as I think he is feeling shut out. But I really don't want to be talking with him about IVF all the time! What do your other halves think?

Jen, thanks for your support. Glad to see that your dad is on the mend. Dads are special :) Not long now to your next appt. Have you got your questions list ready?!

Rachel, thanks for your words of encouragement. I really can't believe the numbers of adandoned cycles. I've actually lost count now! I think the worst bit is the days passing by when you thought you might be at EC or ET or BFP. Still, work is exceptionally busy which makes the days go quickly. I also know that there are lots of ladies out there in situations far more difficult then mine.

Jackie, it's half 7. Hope all went well and you are on your way home to rest up. Will be watching for news of your eggs.

Dizzie, thinking of you. Hope all OK today.

PMA to all
bye for now

Anna

My other half thinks i am mad and totally addicted to this site. I too only now spend time on the comp when he is out or doing 'mans stuff' ( DIY) in the garage.
I do feel when i am low it can pull me down, then other times help me rise above low mood. I don't get much time to talk to work collegues, so that leaves friends. My friends are all with kids ( and don't have time to have in depth talks) or have chosen not to have kids (so don't want to know about ivf). which leaves all the best buddies on this site...

YES it means you Guys  ...who listen and reply to our worries and hold our hands when we have canc cycles. Image I am having a ( darius) moment....this page is full of love... Image...Honestly i mean it...i would be a basket case without you lot. THANKS.

loving hugs jen

The Dr must have been fooling me

Hi ladies,

Have posted all my latest news on IVF thread, so I won't bore you again, but will just quickly say that only one embie now and it's hanging in there. Do you know, this IVF lark is f@#*ing messing with my head, BIG TIME. Sorry to swear, but it just goes on and on and on.

Anna, don't you dare give up. I know you're really fed up, but please hang in there. I would be going to see about acu or something to get things in balance. It can't do any harm right? I'm thinking of you and hope the days fly by. I can't believe you're back here again. Sending lots and lots of love.

Rachel, I'm so very sorry to catch up with your news. Everything bad happens at once, doesn't it? It can only get better from now and this will make you a much stronger person in the end. You too keep your chin up and hang on in there. I'm thinking of you too and sending you lots of love.

Don't know what else to say right now. We're in limbo at moment and head is swimming with all news we've had over the past few days. I will post again in a couple of days when my head is a bit clearer. Just wanted to say I'm still here and you girls really are a Godsend to me.

Take care and loads of love to everyone who's bloody pissed off just now.

Hi everyone
This is just a quicky as i am off to pick up my Dad from Hospital :)

wow jackie 17 eggs ...go girl!!!! :) :)

Dizzie- where did you post all the info...what thread cos i can't find it????
I know it must be hard losing 1 of you embies...Hugs...I hope you can rest up and take care of the embie that is still nestled down in you... :) thinking of you and hubby...

Anna- i am answering here in stead of other thread...I drink green tea and when in tmt i drink peppermint or fruit tea. I have a few questions ready for the doc on the 27th...the main one is 'will you still fund me another cycle'....It's a worry as we are hoping to get married, (hopefully in the autumn) of this year but will put it off if we need to fund our IVF.
What are you gonna ask at your appointment?

Hi to Rach and everyone else...sorry no personalmsg, must dash!!!

Love jen

Hi Jen,

Posted on the IVF topic/board, the one under the General Forum. You're pretty clued up on all this IVF stuff. Please have a read and let me know if you've come across this.

Thank you.

Hello ladies

Jen, will try again with green tea etc...but find it really difficult. I only drink one cup of tea a day, when I get in from work. It's really hard to give that up! Hope your dad is OK.

Dizzie, thinking of you. Try not to despair. I am behind you with tmt so can't really help with your query, you still have your little embie snuggling in and holding on tight. PMA in a bucket to you :D

Rachel, any news on the job front?

Jackie , hope all OK today.

Have a good weekend all. I must admit the days are flying by at the moment. I seem to be rushing around a lot!

Hi anna Dizzie jackie and Rachel...hugs

Anna i wouldn't give up the 1 cup of tea you have ...i don't think even Zita would see that as a problem. :) It's good that you are busy...it must have been so hard to deal with the cancellation again...( i want to stamp my foot for you and DH and say it's NOT FAIR) But lets hope you get some news at the next consultation, Monday is it?

Dizzie - I read your thread....hugs honey....hope you can breath a sigh of relief on Tuesday when you get your scan and begin to enjoy being preg... :) :)

Jackie hope you are doing ok...when are you at ET? Is it 3 day or 5 day embies?

rachel- How are you? Are you looking for a new job...mmn i must have missed that.

I have friends staying all weekend...( feel like saying bah humbug to them but they are bringing their wee 15mth boy...so i want to catch up) I am so tired...think all the worry over Dad is catching up...anyway i am off on Monday so will get a day to myself. Dad is home and tired but coping well.
:)

Catch ya all sunday night
