Post by charlie77 »

Me and DH our in 2nd day of stimulation Gonal F and would be grateful for any advice or experiances ie sideaffects, any precautions or do's or dont's.

Concerned as i work in a gym and spend most of my day exercising, sit ups, lifting weights and generaly darting about and dont know what is safe for me to do.

Good luck to all on this great site.

For me, Goal F is a relief. When i have synarel it gives me headaches and hot fluses and it all stops when gona F comes into action.
Depending of your age and if you are producing lots of eggs, which can make you felling bloated and sensitive in the tummy. So it may make you sore in the gym.
I am curently on Gonal F and not producing many eggs so I am not feeling too bloated. I am though doing lots of acupuncture so it may have helped with the side effects.
Good luck and keep positive.

I used gonal-f, on my 2ww now. I as hungry and tired a lot and I did thicken up lol. But it was pretty smooth, I didn't have any mood swings or feel sick. Now I did feel heavy towards the end but then again I ended up with 27 follicles and 18 eggs. You may have to slow it down at the gym, just do what you can and don't push yourself.
