Hello everyone my name is richard i am charlie77's DH as you girls like to call us. I have a low sperm count
I love my DW very much and have high hopes that in the very near future we will be expecting a baby very soon
I like most men in my position tend to feel very guilty that due to my problem my poor wife has to go through such an ordeal to get pregnant and i feel very lucky to have found a woman prepared to go through this experiance for us
I'd like to say to all you girls out there that my wife is finding this message board a huge help and whenever she dissapears these days i know she will be upstairs on the computer catching up with all thats happening to all her web friends who are going through the same as she is
If there are any other DH'S out there who wanna chat about there experiances of going through this then i'd be pleased to chat

What a wonderful DH you sound, Richard. Charlie is a very lucky girl. I'm afraid my DH won't come on the "boards" to talk things through - he can be a bit of an ostrich. In our case I am the one needing help as my eggs are too old to be of good quality. DH has good sperm, and has managed to fertilize a number of my eggs, but sadly (due to my age I am told) have not gone beyond 12 weeks, apart from our precious daughter who was born asleep at 32 weeks.
Keep supporting each other, and you will both get through this. Maybe there are some more DH's out there that will come along to lend a hand.

I am the DH of Davinagracia on here (Jennifer) Our experience has been a long drawn out painful one and has recently met with a climatic pleasant end. (fingers still crossed) I have posted in the thread titled "ANOTHER FAILED FROZEN EGG TRANSFER.... LUCKY ME...." There you will get an idea of our experience!
Welcome to the forum and nice to see another hubby posting - I dont feel so alone now!
My dh has no sperm, he feels often let down and I know he feels like I shoudl just up and leave, but I love him....And I am here to help him, I spend hour's on end catching with friends here, people who I have common ground with and other friends in my life dont undestand, this site is a god send to me, how ever even though and I are very open and talkative together, he doesnt like chatting to others about the azzoospermia, he would rather bury his head in football and other jobs etc.... so to avoid it..........
But hey guys, welcome here..... It's about you too, not just us girls!!!!

im sorry to hear about you guys losing a baby it must be awful to go through all the weks of treatment and then to get pregnant then to lose your baby
our hearts go out to you

charlie is the one who knows all about infertility which is kinda bizzare when youthink that its me that has the problem
so are you going through treatment right know?? if not do you know when you will start??
In limbo right now, deciding between DIVF or DIUI again???
