I think I read you had another scan today,

Fantastic news on your scan - don't worry about coming off hormone support - I was worried about it but it was fine, the placenta will have already taken over and will be producing all the hormones you need so we can probably finish support much earlier than we do but lots of docs leave us on till 10-12 weeks just to be on safe side. There's people on here who came off at 4/6/8 weeks and have also been absolutely fine.
Best wishes,

Cherylxxx

Hi girls

hi Cheryl thanks for that - RU menopausal???????? What worries me is I have NO baseline girlie hpormones left, so I hope you (and the doctors of course) are right!!!!

scan yesterday really good, sweetie was doing acrobatics and showing 11weeks 1 day (2 days more than official).

BUT to add to my deep joy in life I have slipped a disk in my neck while vomiting/lying on the sofa watching videos dying....OMG no painkillers apart from paracetamol for getting me to at least sleep at night. I neck support and hoping daily physion will fix it - so far not

Oh the trials of life eh

cant sit for lonmg, sorry

Love bigJ

Oh Jules

You poor thing - it sounds as though you are having a rough time at the moment!! Just keep focusing on how wonderful that scan was and how brilliant it was to see the little one again.

Happy resting and don't move that neck too much.

Hugs

OMG - you sound like you're really suffering. Glad to hear all is great with baby though. I'm not menopasal - sorry, I didn't realise there was an increased worry there, I thought you just meant the progestereone support that is quite standard. Are you also on other hormone support? Either way, I'm sure the doctors wouldn't risk bringing you off unless they were confident that all would be fine. Good luck with it all - I'm really thrilled for you that the news is so good.

I am so pleased you have got this far, its a wonderful miracle. Sorry to hear about your slipped disc in the neck - ouch! it sounds very painful. I hope you've got sky installed so you can get away from German tv
I wondered if you could help me - DH and I are exploring a number of options at the mo - adoption, maybe more ivf and maybe donor eggs (mine are poo) and I know you dealt with the Kiev and Barcelona clinics - can you let me have their names so I can explore further?
Many thanks and take piles of care of yourself, sending hugs across the miles

Hi penny good to hear from you..good luck Honey X X

Jules...i hope the disc heals soon...i have a neck problem (c2 old injury) so know how painful it is...
about the sickness...Hopefully at 12wks like little P says the sickness will be gone...
The hormone worry i can understand, but your docs seem very helpful and knowledgeable, can you not talk to them about it more to ease your stress? ...i know it's easy for me to give advise i am not in your shoes, it must still be a stressor Honey..Hugs

love jen
