HI I'm new to this site. I have already gone through 6 IUI's and one IVF waiting to find out when we can start our 2nd attempt. Very nervous. Wondering did anyone else try to change diet for starting programme.
Oh I am so sorry to hear about your failed cycles but I just want to wish you all the luck in the world. I didn't diet when I was on ICSI but I had been watching my foods and made sure I drank 2litres of water per day. I do wish you all the luck in the world.

We used IUI and personally we both felt it was a waste of time but they (being the doctors) suggested that had been trying normally then we would have tried for at least 6 months which is why we did 6 DIUI's. We did our inital 3 here in N.I. But then with the changing in the law D.S. became scarce here so we then travlled to Southern Ire. This is where we had one IVF, failed and now we are trying again in N.I.
It has been very stressful but hopefully the outcome will be what we want.
I changed my eating habits in June 05, purely to loose weight - then when we started treatment in Nov 05 I found out that my BMI had to be a certain level or below - luckily the weight I'd lost got me well into that area.
I've carried on eating healthily with plenty of fruit and veg and my 2 litres of water a day to make sure that I keep within the limits and also so that when I do eventually get that BFP result I won't have a problem with my weight!
