Hi millersmommy!!!! We are on the same cycle I am getting 2 snowbabies transferred on the 11th! I am waiting for my lining to get thicker have a US on saturday. I am very anxious can't wait for the 11th already. I took the week off from work after the transfer hoping that will help them stick!

Hello TDF...how exciting we are on just about the same exact cycle ..that is great .its coming up so soon ,can you believe it!... im getting antsy .I will send all my positive thoughts your way.great idea taking the week off and i think its a super time to be waited on hand and foot . i know with my last FET i did the resting afterwards at the clinic and then went straight home and layed on the sofa for the rest of the day and made it a movie day .i have been recording a bunch of stuff on tevo to watch for this upcoming one so i wont run out of things to watch....yayyy ...GO US.... we are both going to have BFP I just know it.......luck and sticky baby dust

School ends for me tomorrow, and then I will be much better at writing.

Just a little update... I have been going for u/s and bw every other day. This morning, they said that the lining looks good. I have 14 follicles on the left side, and 12 on the right. They are still really small. THe biggest measured 10, and my doctor only takes 20 and over. I go back on Saturday, and don't have a retrieval day set yet, but sometime next week! I am still doing Lupron. I started stimming on Saturday, and am doing Follistim and Menopur. So far, so good! Baby dust to everyone!

that was my second nite on stims...........and cause for some reason i didn't get the whole idea of gonal f i gave myself double shot so instead of 150 i did 300,i called the clinic and the nurse on duty asked my 1000 q how come i did it ,what made me do it.......like i wanted to do it............i don't know what will happend i cried for a while so i have to go for u/s and bw so will see,i hope i didn't ......everything

Ladies - I just did my trigger shot tonight and will do ER on Saturday. It seems like it has been forever since my first BCP in April. I am just hoping and praying that my RE can get to all the eggs (I have a lot of scar tissue that will make it a bit difficult) and that they are a good quality. I already know that the quantity won't be great...but I just need the ones that are there to be great!!

Just got back from my doctor's appt this morning. Everything looks great! 19 follies (9 on left and 10 on the right)! They are still pretty small since I have only been stimming since Monday! I go back on Monday to get an update! I am so excited and it seems like everything is moving quickly now!

Hi everyone - Went to the RE yesterday, I have 10 follies one is becoming dominant Hoping the rest catch up. I hope RE finds more follies on retrieval day, I was hoping for more I'm being greedy I know. RE trying to keep my E2 down, apparently it is already high I'm on follistim 150 units, what dosage is every one else taking ? I think that is a low dosage not sure. I'm not even using my menapur which I have a bunch left over from last cycle, my E2 would go up even higher with that. Trying to prevent me from hyperstimulating. I go back on monday for B/U and then wednesday is egg retrieval and transfer possibly friday or sat. It look like I'll definitely will have company on the dreaded 2WW GROW FOLLIES GROW !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jenice- I was on 150 units of follistim, and the nurse told me it was a low dose. On the 6th day, I went to 125 units, and the 7th day, 100 units. They will call tonight with the meds.

During my ultrasound today, the biggest one measured at 16. The ultrasound tech seems to think the ER will be Wed, Thurs, or Fri. I go back on Monday and should have a better idea.

Hi millersmommy! Very exciting that we are both on the same exact cycle!!!!! It is coming up so soon...I can't believe it either and I am super ansy and excited!!!! I hope that it all goes well.... How funny I also have a lot of things saved on my DVR too to watch on those days so it doesn't get boring...although I must admit I watch a lot of TV LOL! Today I had my final appt and YAY my lining is really good and I am all set for the friday transfer!!! Not happy about starting the PIO tomorrow actually am pretty nervous as well as the needle looks very big !!!! Hope its not that painful!!!! I hope you have a great week!!! Sending you lots of positive energy and sticky baby dust!!!!

thanks TDF ....6 days n counting,funny thing is they set my transfer date to friday the 11th .i get to start progesterone on monday...yayy im so glad lining looks good ..all we have to do now is countdown till friday!!!! i know you said you took the week off work to relax but how long are you going to just lay flat afterwards ? i think im going to do a little research on how long it takes for embryo to attatch..i remember last time my doc said just take it easy for the rest of the day but i also heard someone say it could take 3 days idk ..ill just look it up..ill let u know,i know it couldnt happen on a better day than friday cuz i will run the poor hubby to death,hahaha and have a good excuse .

btw how long are you ladies gonna relax after transfer? just wanted to hear all your thoughts on this. im trying to debate on if we should pack something to eat or go through a drive through verses stopping at a restaraunt that is what the hubby will probly wanna do as we are driving 2 hours away for the transfer.i just want to cross all my t,s and dot all my i,s as most of us ladies having to do this are prone to do....i just want all odds in my favor....so ur thoughts on this would b great

They saw 6 follicles on friday but too early to say.

Hello everyone,
I had better start with introducing myself! Just started my first IVF, I'm going to do ICSI. I'm 42 and we've been trying for around 4 years. I've already done 3 rounds of clomid and then 3 rounds of IUI with puregon.
Didn't have much confidence in my doc so changed... within 5 mins the new doc saw from my hysterosalpingogram that I have endo! Given my age and that combined I was never going to be successful with the previous treatment so the other doc had wasted our precious time
Anyway, here now, I'm on day 8 of my cycle, Puregon 200units per day and started cetrotide injections with it yesterday. Had a day 6 scan on friday, I think there were around 3 follies on one side and 1 or 2 on the other with lots of little ones which may appear. I have another scan tomorrow so will know more then. Looking at all of you with 12's and 13's on both sides I'm getting a bit worried!!!
Then again I can't expect loads given my age I suppose.
In therory if all goes well I should be in for EC on friday and ET on Sunday.
I'm an expat and live in France, I'm incredibly lucky as until my 43rd birthday I can have 3 cycles free so fingers crossed it works.
Feeling a bit bloated now, how's everyone else feeling?? Can't imagine how bloated I'll feel by friday, does it get really uncomfortable???

lisadcb - I transferred two, they got 14 on the retrieval, but only 3 fertilized normally, that was a huge disappointment. I wanted to put all 3 back in, but the doctor recommended 2 and my husband agreed so I got overruled. I just found out the 3rd on stopped growing on day 5, sad. I am 33 and have been married for 12 years. We finally decided we were ready to have kids about 2 years ago and got blindsided with the news that I have a low amount of eggs left. So, we just went through our first IVF. I have been trying to relax after the transfer, but it is so hard, I keep forgetting and I start to do laundry and have to just sit back down. I didn't think that I would be this nervous about all this, but I am. Thanks for asking.
