Got a text from Gill this morning but first i have to say sorry to you guys as i was out and couldnt get the news to you quicker.

She went to acu and found Valerie to be lovely and very relaxing.

Then after ET, her text read

Just come out. Not as good as you i'm afraid.
We had 7 embies, 5 fertilized, 2 very good embies, 2 not so good and 1 poor. They put 3 back, the 2 very good and the poor 1. Dr Retondo was very positive! But we dont think we have frosties, find out tomorrow.

She sound a bit down about here embies but i have sent some texts on to her saying we are all thinking of her and lots of positive things.

Lets make lots of mad, sparkly messages for her for Tue when she get back to cheer her up and keep her positive.

I have been thinking of you all day. Was so pleased to hear from Jen1d that acu was relaxing for you with Valerie and that you have three little ones back on board.
Hope that you are now nicely tucked up in bed and being well looked after.


Will cross everything for tomorrow and hope that the other two do good and you have some frosties too. Try to relax and stay as positive as you can. Two of the ones that you have back home sound really excellent.

I just wanted to let you all know that I have to wait another month and will not start til Oct now. I guess it will give me more time to diet and get healthy. It also gives me a chance to save more money!!!

Just got a text from Gill, there are no frosties
She is on the tourist bus and taking it easy.
She has 3 embies on board though which is great. Bring on that bfp

Me - Well we are at the stage that i'm not to worried and feel strangely calm----until Friday---- but i know the pessaries will probably stop the bleeding. I'm so scared to talk about it incase it starts. I felt a few twinges today again and a small throbbing sensation in my boobs a bit but nothing else. Dont want to look in to it much as i've had some of this before and it can be the medi. Just feel now, can we every get a bfp, after all the disappointment i just cant see it happening for us although i'm being positive. Maybe i'm just trying to protect myself just now but i dont think it will every work for us, then i see the thread with the lady who had a bfp after the 8th attempt and know it CAN work????
I have seen only to often people with fab embies get a bfn and others with poor ones getting a bfp---will just have to wait and see.
Dont know, a bit confused today :roll:I think its called the emotional rollercoaster----i have been n that bloody rollercoaster for years now, when does it stop to let me off

Speak later, been back at work today and have a bit of a sore back and am whacked. Go in tomorrow for an early shift then off until the 7th---getting to close now

You may have mentioned this before so sorry if i missed i are you doing an HTP in 4 days or have you to get beta done at Gp's???? My last clinic did HTP's on test day then beta at GP's. just wndering if Im is the same??? look after yourself at work hun as throbbing boobs and sore back sound good omen Are you off until the 7th from tomorrow???? Nicky- hi hun sorry to hear you have a 3yrs wait ??? thats a hard one. Can you not go private and still wait on the list??? Thats what many on here have done. To get the text you nee to go on the sites outwith here. Myrainbowtext.com glitters.com are 2 of them...copy the BB text but remove the [url] beginning and endings. It takes ahwile to get the hang of it but we will talk you through it if you need help. x x

I am posting while i can as DH said he would look after me tonight and make dinner. unfortunatly he is not home at 6pm like he said he would be and i need to go prepare veg etc.
I finish antibiotics on WED and i can't wait!!!! means i have 2 -3 wks until i start patches and then 2 wks later ET!!!!!

time is marching on...as Becky would say it will soon be Christmas!!!!!

hi there all thought i would update you on where i am at i go on my hols on the 7th sep start buserelin on the 11th injections on the 26th egg collection on the 10th Oct and if all goes well transfer on the 12th i have had a hard time of it the last couple of weeks as to start or not as i haven't had buserelin before and heard so many horror stories about the side effects and like every one else this ivf stuff really takes it out off you this is my fourth try in 18 months and my last if this time wasn't free then i wouldn't be doing it sorry if i am depressing everyone its easier to vent here than it is to poor hubby enough about me i hope everyone is doing well and for those of you on the waiting game i have everything crossed for you and always light a candle and say a prayer for fellow ivf,ers

Just to let you know that I did buserelin for down regging on my 1st ever cycle. It was not great but it was not too bad. It made me a little headachy but think that was aggrevated as was stopping coffee at the same time. Found that drinking loads of water really helped me. I had some hot flashes in the night but probably ony 2 or 3 times. I was on it for 18 days before I started stimmies. I found that when I injected it in my leg that I got quite bad bruises but it was much easier when I plucked up the courage to do it in my tummy.

Just wanted to let you know that it is not too bad.

All the luck in the world for your 4th cycle. So hope that it is the one.
