For my first cycle, DH was there for the ET because he wanted to be. But he did not have to be there. For this cycle, he had an important meeting for work that he could not miss. Dr said it was okay for me to drive myself. I drove myself to accu before, then to hospital for transfer, and then back to accu. Then sat in an hour of traffic to get home.
I didn't have any problems and ended up with a BFP! If the clinic says it's okay for you to drive and if you are comfortable with it, then go for it. But you have to do what makes you feel comfortable. In the end you dont want to have any regrets, you know?The key is to stay positive and relaxed (also during the 2ww).
