I am also going on follistim I am now waiting for AF TO arrive so i can call RE to go over my teaching for the follistim DId you get the dial up pen? She will only teach me 1 drug at a time so i have no clue when i am starting everything i know she is hoping for A retrival around the 26th ... I cant belive it.... I have waiting sooo long for this.. I hope it works i cant think of yet another failure.... After getting a BFN so many times When i do get a BFP i am going to fall on the floor and pass out.......WE ARE ON THE SAME CYCLE THATS GREAT....... i am not sure why out dosage is diffrent on the lupron she told me 15 units every day thats all i know i was not on B/C pills either... But i must say my cycles are 28 days straight. It is rare if i am late. Maybe because we have diffrent issues? I have no clue why...

How are you dong with your injections? Are you scared and happy at the same time? I am mixed with emotions.....

We will have to continue to touch base with each other as we go through this. I would love to compare notes. For me, I have had headaches and hot flashes. Any side effects that you are noticing?

The injections are going good. But I think since I bruised the first time, I have been injecting slower and it hurts more. I will try again tonight with the whole "like a dart" philosophy.

I did bruise in 1 area I am thinking the reason was that i did not let go of the skin prior to taking the needle out....

side effects i have are---slight joint pain not sure if it is the lupron or if its just AF coming and i hurt all over..... once in a while i get a surge of heat but it does not last long thankgod....By the way where do you live?

Hope everybody is doing fine.

Just an update from me.
At the moment im on 300ui of Supercu(also known as buserelin).
Got an appointment on tuesday to scan and start the stims.

So far had no side effects(touch wood).

My next post will be on tuesday after the appoint.

Hi ladies,

UPDATE AF came this morning right on time THANKGOD ... I am going to RE tomm morning and getting my b/w and u/s done and she is going to teach me how to do the follistim injection so WOOHOOOO Here we go the clock is now TICKING ...... I am so ready for this..... How is everyone else doing?
