Jt I'm so happy for you. Sounds like yours was just as stubborn as mine! I go for another scan on Thursday so hopefully will see loads more.
Im, there have been a few posts recently about people losing symptoms and then getting them again after the first trimester or not even at all. You may be one of the lucky ones who don't get them and the pains you were experiencing were a result of the medication you're still taking.
I was really sick the week before my HPT but then it went.
If you're worried call the clinic tomorrow morning for some reassurance. Your numbers on Friday looked great, mine was 314 16 days post transfer!
Thank you all for your kind words, I am feeling a little better. DH works shifts 2 days, 2 nights then 4 off but he's been working 2 of his 4 off. When he's on day shift he has to leave at 5.30am and doesn't get home till 9.00pm, on nightshift he leaves at 5.30pm and gets home 8.30am and straight to bed, gets up and goes to work so I guess I'm feeling pretty lonely at the moment which doesn't help the mood! I'm looking forward to the scan on Thursday.
Racquel good luck for your scan tomorrow. Can't wait to hear how many beanies are in there!
DV I hope you get to see loads at your scan tomorrow too.
Hayley you haven't been on for a few days I hope this is because you are feeling loads better and doing loads of retail therapy!
I know I've missed loads of you but you are in my thoughts even though I haven't typed it!

Me 35 DH 37 1st IVF ET 27 June - BFP!!!!
Ellie was born on 11 December 2006, 14 weeks early!
We were so looking forward to our scan tomorrow - big question on our minds being whether it was twins or singleton. BUT, I was feeling really unwell yesterday and spent most of the day lying down, woke up this morning with cramps and tons of bleeding. Dr. has had me take 3 PIO shots over the course of the day to "calm" my uterus and I've been flat in bed with my legs elevated. The cramping isn't as bad but the bleeding continues.
SO - we find out the scoop tomorrow but we're prepared for the worst. I've miscarried before and this is all too familiar....this is all a new experience for DH and this hit him hard today, it's been pretty awful. Don't worry about us tho, we have 5 frosties so we have another chance. I'll let you know when I have more info and can bear checking back in...
take care, Racquel

all is much better my end. The worst of the nausea has lifted and I feel like a new person! I even managed to go for my first proper walk yesterday. We had our nuchal scan on Saturday and that was amazing, it totally reassure me and I am finally letting myself get excited! This little beanie is 55mms long and yet although so small has arms and legs and fingers and toes and we could see it all, and it was moving around like crazy!!! I was speechless and so grateful for all this amazing technology!!
hope you are all doing well
lots of love

So happy to hear you're feeling better Kristin and Kareen - eat away! My DH has learned the hard way not to mention my overeating Welcome to the pregnancy side, Susan - congratulations!
I'm so pleased to announce our sono showed twins today with healthy heartbeats! We were so shocked and delighted. I have a very large subchorionic bleed which is larger than both sacs together and the dr. is concerned about it impacting the beanies, so I'm back on bedrest and will now be taking 2 PIO shots a day. I go back in Friday for another sono - they're hoping my body will absorb or pass the blood and all will be well. We're not out of the woods yet but this is the best possible outcome after our scare this weekend.
Take care everyone, and thanks for your support. -Racquel

I came on here a few weeks ago but havent had a chance to come back in since. A lack of oomph when I get in from work I have just been to tired.
Its great to see so many people on here.
I had my 1st scan today, what an emotional time that was It had a perfect heart beat and is 12mm which apparently is a perfect size for 7 weeks. What a relief.
I hope to come on here a bit more often and catch up with all of you.

I just got my bfp today. I've been following you ladies for a while and love all of the advice you give....It's great you are all here on this thread to help us newbies. I have a toddler now and am hoping to get through this smoothly.
So excited about twins for raquel. wow, that is fantastic. Sick is good. My friend researched it and found that from all research, the more sick, the healthier the baby. I'm sorry for the sickness but happy for the healthy babies.

Racquel: Wonderful news on your twins!! We are having a singleton, but are planning to adopt from China also. It will be like having twins, but getting the 2nd one 8 - 10 months later.
Gigi: Congrats on your BFP also!! It seems that when women are blessed with multiples, the HCG level is elevated, making the mothers sicker.
Gail: Wonderful news on your first scan. The 1st scan is always a relief. Nothing can replace seeing the little heartbeat for the 1st time. I have my 3rd scan this Wed. We are hoping to see the little beanie's arms and legs moving. They start moving at week 9 and we will be 10 weeks 1 day on Wed.
Take care all,
Tammy

Racquel!!!! thank GOD you are doing better and my GOD your intuition is strong they are TWINS!!!!!!!!!!
I miss you ladies all i havent been on here for just a few days and it seems so much has happened....
As for me and my beanies we had a 11 week scan this morning and oh boy are they getting big.... Baby A & B are 45mm and baby C is 44mm right about 11weeks and 1 day on all of them... When i first heard i was having triplets i panicked and freaked out for days and actually the first 2 weeks but the more you see them on the sonogram the more you fall in love with them... I believe GOD doesnt give you more then what you can handle and i am truly greatful to him for his blessings. It was so difficult to get a reading on their size because they were moving around, we had no idea what was happening when we first noticed things were different this time around on the scan, i asked my doctor as to what was happening he said they are active and wont stand still so im waiting for them to settle down to get a right measurement. OHHHHHH my that made me feel incredibly overwhelmed with joy i started crying so hard i couldnt stop. Thank God for our blessings.
Had another blood test yesterday and my levels in two days have gone from 90 to 267. so they are pleased as they have more than doubled. To go back on wed for another blood test. they give us blood tests every two days at our clinic!!!!!!! I also had my NKC test again but dont get that back until thur.
Can i ask a personal question???? My husband wants to know when it is ok to have sex????? i think he has sex on the brain!!!!!!
Hope everyone has a good day.

My clinic did not say anything about sex early on. We did wait until after the 1st scan to make sure that everything was fine. The 1st scan turned out fine, so we had sex and there were no problems.
