I still can't quite believe it BFP!!!!My beta of 13 dp fertilisation was a low 20 so bloods have been taken again this morning...I now have another 2-3 day wait until i find out if beta is doubling...
BUT...as I have been here at this stage twice before ( tho not in the womb) i know its a waiting game and stressing aint gonna help...
I HAVE SO MUCH HOPE and FAITH in this fighter embie...we are gonna make it x x x

You guys are truely fantastic thank you ...

Peq well done on informing your Mum...we are gonna wait until we get 1st scan over with... well donr hun x x i too am feeling tired all the time (TATT) so rest up while you can x x x

I am sorry i have no time for other personals today..have so much to catch up on at home and work have just called they want me to come back tthis afternoon for a meetin and start back tomorrow cos of other therapist off sick long term...So will catch you all later x x x

Rachel- you are so funny....Though I often think that when I sneeze too hahaha

Today (Mon) was my 4th beta...My 3rd was on Thurs at 278. Today's number was 1010..."should have been" 1112 if it perfectly doubled each 48 hrs...so just 100 off, but the nurse said not to worry (SUUUUURRREEE) because they really only look for at least a gain of 66%. Ok I feel better about it, but still nerve wracking!!! I go for 1 more on Weds (SHOULD be 2020) but I guess they will take at least 1676...noooo body 2020 From there they will schedule the US and she said it should be on Monday!

ugh soooooo nerve wracking!!! I just gotta keep the good vibes going!!!

Jen- I am soooo sorry it takes DAYS for your numbers to come back!!! You should come over here, I get them back in hours!! Tell your nurse to take a lesson from them! Sending double vibes your way!!!!

Good afternoon ladies!! I see we’ve had some FABULOUS activity going on out here!!! Gotta love it --- that’s for sure!! Hey – maybe I could sweet-talk somebody (don’t even know who did it last???) into updating our list??? For some reason (think is cuz of all the sparklies/foo-foo stuff) I can’t get to it from work (where I do all my posting --OOPS )…..SO – short of re-creating the wheel (ugh) --- would be lovely if somebody could just do a copy/paste thing!!!

Steph --- oh I’m still grinning ear-to-ear……….so nice to hear mom responded well…..had to have been SUCH a relief……I mean – not that you were worried about it – but still, just the act of having to DO it……no matter --- it’s all good now!!! OMG – an US next Monday????? WOW……too cool……just TOO COOL!!! Are you going to find out sex?? What about names --- you got names all picked out for your litter??? (ha, ha, ha, ha!!)

Now it’s time for the “ALL ABOUT ANGIE” read ……ha-ha-ha…..ya know – is kinda funny cuz I’ve always HATED writing in journals or anything of the sort --- but now that I have an audience --- look out!!! Anywho……so I finally called RE’s office to get on the schedule for January ER/ET…..didn’t think about it really and it just hit me like a ton of bricks --- all of sudden I’m all “gee, in MY mind I know I want to start next cycle in jan….but doc doesn’t know”!!! I was able to establish when they will be doing procedure weeks (they manipulate all the girls cycles around their scheduled procedure weeks)…..and wouldn’t ya know that one of the weeks is the week of jan 7th – which happens to be the week of both mine and dh’s birthdays ---- IS THAT A SIGN OR WHAT?????? So based on that, it’s looking like I’ll be doing the injection thing at Christmas time…….which – I honestly didn’t WANT to be doing, but only cuz I didn’t want to have the holiday stress combined w/ ivf cycle stress……..oh well – when I learned that cycle week was our b-day week, I swear it was like a sign!!!

(anybody know that song “bubbly” --- starts in my toes and it crinkles my nose…….. LOVE IT!!! Is my new FAV )

Hi Ladies
ICSI - your wish is my command I've tried to update the list - wow! it was a long way back! So much has happened, I'm sure I've missed loads.
Everyone please make your own additions or remind me where you are and I'll update it again.

Had another scan today and so far have 2 follies on the left - both 12mm and 2 on right 10mm and 8mm. A little chanting 'grow follies, grow' or follie dancing would be greatfully received at this point. We need to keep 2 or 3 growing this time - no more incredible shrinking follies this cycle, ok
Next scan is friday and I'm hoping to be ready for trigger then and iui Sat. (You know I like to have a plan )

I had my blood tests done this morning for the bone marrow thing, I'll have to wait up to 12 weeks now to find out if I am the best match.
Nothing else happening with me, Im jut in limbo at the moment and not a very happy bunny(whats new! )

Dear Lovely Ladies

Sorry this is a quickie with no personals as much to do. You can guess why!!!

Well they called us this evening. Dr Walker who we met when we were out in Barcelona rang me. She had just mailed me as had written a short e-mail to our donor (made me very emotional). Managed to translate it into Spanish - sort of. She said that she would make sure that the lady got the note although they had to remove our names. The main thing is she knows that I thought of her.

Well she said that just after she had mailed me, she got news that another dr had seen my donor and she was ready to go! WOW. I felt like I was having a palpitation. So she said that we needed to be there for egg collection on Thursday when dh will have his TESA. Then I will have egg transfer on Saturday. Only bummer is that Valerie is away so no acupuncture after nagging all the other IM girls to go. Hope that all the acu that I have had here will help

So called dh and got him on the case with travel plans. I have cancelled all meetings after tomorrow already. By the time I got home dh had found a hotel for us to stay - quite near clinic. We decided to stay somewhere nice and make a bit of a holiday of it. Places near the waterfront were too expensive. Booked flights on air miles. Sorted. I am now finally quite excited about it all. So we fly out Wednesday evening and then are staying out there until Tuesday when we will come back during the day. That should give dh sometime to recover and me too.

Will try to keep you posted as will take my Blackberry with me. Plus will text my IM pals and keep them posted.

ICSI - you so make me laugh. We have to go to Spain (or Kiev) as the wait for an egg donor in the UK can be 2-3 years as they have changed the rules so a child from donation can find their genetic parent at 18. Luckily in Spain there is very little wait for donors as it is anonomous and also donation is much more uusal over there than in the UK. To be honest, with the internet, we had the hotel and flights booked within not much more than an hour of the phone call. It would have been so much harder before the net
