Hi ladies
Had my 2nd beta today and it came back at 6860 does that sound good it was 577 last monday how often is it meant to double. oh i finally have an ultrasound date i have to wait until the 10 of march another horrible 2ww although i'm not to worried ms is here so i know things are progressing but as the doc keeps reminding me its not a viable pregnancy until we see a heart beat i guess they have to say that to you incase it doesn't go the way we want . i made a point of rubbing it in a little to my doc today when he was saying how good my initial beta was considering he wanted to cancell my cycle i'm so glad he didn't.

I want to do a new ticker but cant remember how any tips

21bat my beta 14dpt3dt was 577 if that helps any waht was yours. for ds not knowing he was a ds and not a dd we did a teddie bear theme i painted a nice light green on the bottom half of the walls and then a nice soft lemon/yellow on the top half with a teddy bear themed picture strip around the middle of the wall seperating the colours and if i do say so it turned out beautiful you can do almost anything it certainly would be easier if you knew what you were having but i like the suprize more

Hoekey sorry your feeling so off you can get something for your doc to stop you feeling so crook if you feel it's bad enough theres nothing worse than hugging the porsalin bowl. I know what you maen about being scared to eat but honestly you'll only feel worse if you don't get enough to eat just keep in mind that feeling crook does ease up the second trimester is just around the corner and we'll all be feeling great again.

Hi Ladies,

I'm at work, so I don't have time to do personals but I'm so glad that everyone seems to be doing good. I feel like I have been ran over by a truck this morning. I have pulled something in my neck and it's killing me, not to mention I feel like I could just lay my head over and go to sleep. I went to bed later than usual last night and now I am paying the price.

Went Prom dress shopping with my dd on Saturday...this is pure torture because she hates to shop. After 3 stores and about 20 dresses, I said please can we go home. We may order it online, not much of a selection out this year.

It sounds as though I have pretty much the same symptoms as everyone else and I'm reading what to expect too. Cannot wait until my u/s on Thursday.....only 3 days left...woohoo.

Jomae Your beta are wonderful if you were at 588 on monday which was 2/18 and now it is 2/25 you would multiply 588 by 7 and anything above this is great... How many weeks are you? sounds line you may be going into your 6th week.... Best wishes....

Loopie-I feel ya! i am cranky, my patience are about as small as my baby bump.. DH always ask me" are you done"... Argghh. Oh well, we are preggo!

riogirl.. I want to scream on the top of a mountain, but i want to be cautious too as I do not want anything to go wrong and then i have to come back to work or my friends and hear the "i am sorry" from people. I think after i get my first u/s i may tell one or two people, but defintily after my 10th week I will shout it out.....

As for me im waiting for my u/s on feb 29.. am i am also waiting on a few of you guys u/s this week as well,.

The doctor's office just called and asked if they could move my u/s. I said "sure as along as you move it forward and not back". So, I am now going Wed at 1:45 instead of Thursday

!! That's just one day sooner that I can be put out of my misery.

Sugabeanz: At my appt. with my RE last Friday they told me to call the perinatologist (they gave me a name and #) and make an appt. I did and the peri's office told me that they wanted to see me starting at 10 weeks. So now I go to see my OB for the first time this Friday (at 8 weeks) and then 2 weeks later I go to see the perinatologist.

Hey girls just got my 1st u/s - one beanie!! (I think there might be another hiding behind the one!!) I could see a little fluttering of the heart - but I guess the RE wasnt convinced b/c he scheduled me for another u/s in 10 days to make sure it has a hb!

I am back to peeing 5x a night now - it went away for like a week but the last two nights I have been in the RR more than in the bed!! Still REALLY tired taking naps and sleeping in - but none of that seems to help.

We are not telling a soul until later - I guess when ever we feel comfortable- maybe at 12weeks. I am sure we will know when the time comes.

Mia - Congratulations on your little bean! It seems like you are still early for a HB, I heard you need to be at least 6 weeks along. How exciting! We now live for those u/s days! I am counting and one week till the next one! How fun is it to see your bean!!!! I can't wait until they are swimming around!

Have you girls seen the 4D imaging? Google it, it is fascinating!

waiting - HOORAY!!!!! How exciting to see your little one. I am sure you will see the heartbeat next time. Congrats!

cinci - How wonderful that they could move your u/s up a day. Is this your first one? You must be really excited! I can't wait to hear the results.

jomae - Great beta! When is your u/s?

As for me - today I had to take a glucose tolerance test which required I drink a sickly sweet orange soda like substance and then wait for an hour to have a blood draw. Talk about nausea! I think most people have these around week 24 but I am getting the pleasure early as I am over 40 and gestational diabetes is more common in us older moms. I just hope I pass it. It would suck to be dealing with that this early! Now I am just trying to relax and wait for my next u/s on 3/4. I wish the time would fly faster! I want to see my little pumpkin again just to know all is well.

Hope you are all doing ok and not feeling the symptoms too much.

I'm a bit upset today - I didn't have any sickness at all today ... i know it sounds weird, but i want some signs that i'm still pregnant. i have some other symptoms but they might be in my head. should i request an u/s earlier than the 29th?

21bat - do what Mia says,don't worry until you have something to worry about!! I don't have sore boobs and lots of the symptoms but I am sure our little beans (mine and yours) are healthy and happy!

Bat: I have been feeling the same way. I guess I am normal then. LOL I even called the doc yesterday and begged her to do the u/s early. I was due to have it done 2/27 (Wed) and she said if I came in today (Mon)that they probably wouldnt hear the hb cause it would be too early. She then said she would let me come in Tues but also said that it could be too early still. I dont think 1 day will make a difference. However, now I am worried that 1 day will make a difference. LOL Never ending circle of worry. I just wish that all my early pregnancy symptoms werent gone leaving me feeling like something is wrong. I havent even had m/s yet. I know ...lucky. Doc said ...you dont have to be miserable all the time. LOL

21 Bat- I to felt like that last week, i had symptons and then they just stopped so I requested anotehr beta.. and beta were rising appropiatley infact they did a u/s and saw a yolk sak. I was exactly 5 weeks. I do not go in for my u/s until 2/29 as well. If it makes you feel better ask for anotehr beta.... Friday will be here before you know it!
