Hi ladies. Sorry I have been so drowy all day long and really didn't have the energy to do anything until now. So update here-
We have two embies transferred!!! Yes, two! TWO TWO TWO TWO TWO TWO TWO!!! They are both grade A, and I don't know if we heard wrong from the embryologist, he said they are now in the 100 cell stage??? But overall, he said they are very good embryos. The reason why we decided to do two is because we finally decided at the last minute to increase the chances of pregnancy as the progesterone shot has just been killing me. Plus, embryologist said if we do one, our chances of success is 50%, but if we put two, it jumps up to 70%. Our chances of having twins is about 40%. So, that means, there's still 60% chance of us not having twins. Either way is really fine with me, and I am so happy right now to have these little ones finally reunited with me. We have three grade A embies frozen already, 4 are still dividing at the early stage. We will get a call tomorrow or the following day to see how they turn out, so we might end up having more to freeze.
It's a great day for me today. I can't ask for more. Sorry if it seems like gloating. I am in no way trying to do that. But I'd love to share my pains as well as my joys with all of you ladies
Chrisin Hi sweetie. That's great great news you have there too. You've got one more baby developing. THat's just awesome! Did you say you are going to transfer two as well?
Dexter You've got great news to share today as well. You've got strong blasts growing and I am so happy for you. Congratulations! THat must be such a relief. POI shots are progesterone shots that are given intramuscularly. I will need that for two weeks and then switching to progesterone gel. Some clinics require their patients to do it for 12 weeks. Some do it simultanesouly with prog. gel. There are many different practices out there. I am sooooooooooooooo looking forward to stopping the shots because like I said, they are killing me. My behind hurts so bad.
Keisha Welcome back girl. We miss you! And you are the official champ. I commend you for your everlasting PMA! WAY TO GO!
Carolyn Hey, the fact that you feel cramps on both sides means that your right ovary is working, I think. Good luck tomorrow in finding that hidden ovary. I will wait patiently for your detailed report tomorrow.
KelleyGood luck also with the PIO shots. I hope they go easy on you. So you are going in for ET tomorrow? That's great! I am so excited for you. The procedure is real easy, except the need-to-hold-the-peepee part

I am sure you will do just fine.
Hey, for those of you on PIO already, anyone experiencing nausea, diarrhea, headache, loss of appetite? Yup, I am feeling all that, in addition to the excruciating pain in my behind
