amfmbaby - Sorry, but I can't help you with the estradiol level. My RE doesn't do bw after ET until the first beta. At least she didn't with my cycle.

well my RE does 2 sets of labs before beta to monitor levels not sure if thats common but I have seen people not take estrace after ET so I don't know it could just be their protocol. Asked ghost to help.
I do feel it is early for a +ive. so I will poas sun or mon to see if any change. I feel calm about it now no thanks to all of you

where is bubbles? I agree anticipation has got me looking at the board every hour sending lots of good vibes her way.

smattison I didn't see any mention of being sleep deprived are you feeling better?

Hi ladies boy has this board gotten busy! Congratulations to all the BFP's. Sorry to hear of the BFN's.

Well I have been MIA for a while as I was trying not to jinks myself. I was extremely worried about my FET. I was scared I would get there that am and they would tell me my embryos arrested, but quite the opposite. I had one grade III with some fragmentation day 6 non-hatched and one grade II day 6 hatched. It was a difficult transfer in that it was hard for the RE to visualize my cervixes, yes I have two along with two urterus, so they put one embryo in each. Otherwise it went well, they kept saying they were stuck on something in my left uterus. The transfer was 10/12 I felt great that whole day, then yesterday began cramping/pinching feeling and spotting (sorry about the TMI but it was brownish) this has continued till today. Has anyone experienced this after ET? Any way I just got off bedrest and had to come check to see how everyone has been doing. My beta is scheduled for 10/23 1 week away!

Doddo - Congratulations! Sounds like you are getting ready for the fun part!

jcurlygurl - Congrats are in order for you as well! Sounds like your FET went fairly smoothly. WOW! 2 cervixes and 2 uteruses - that sounds like double the chances of a BFP to me!

Have you started progesterone (either shots or suppositories)? The progesterone kept me with cramps the whole 2ww. I did have just the tiniest bit of spotting after ET - but my RE had warned me about this.

BTW - how does your RE rate the embies? Is 1 the highest? or is 4 the highest?

Sprouthaus, that is amazing you mention the progesterone!!!! I have been on progesterone since 5 days before ET since I had 6 day blasts. But.... they had me increase it to twice a day the day after transfer. You are a genius!!! That makes total sense now. Thanks you helped put my mind at ease!

Hi everyone,

I am going in for my 5 day transfer tomorrow... does anyone have any last minute advice for a first timer??

I am excited.. but also nervous.

I have 6 blasts waiting for me.. We will be transferring two tomorrow and we are praying that the others will be suitable to endure the freeze.

All I can say is be clam and stay as long as they will let you...then when you get home let hubby take care of you and stay in bed as long as you can. I stayed in bed 3 days!!!

jcurlygirl, i agree with sprout about the progesterone. i was on PIO from the ER to ET, then I was on suppositories twice a day. the PIO left me with lots of pg symptioms (sore boobies was the main one). it decreased after i stopped them, but still stayed in my system and gave me symptoms i had never had before. hopefully this is your time and you'll have great success with your unique situation! we need more BFPs!!

good morning ladies it is only 11 here getting ready to go to work waiting for nurse to call see if my estradiol has come up this is odd maybe it is just my re who does this Wednesday is the big day seems like it is never gonna get here good sign i tried to sneak a cup of coffee this morning only to have it come back up (tmi) not sure if its still PIO making me sick. it could just be me looking for any kinda sign.

Sprout good luck with acupuncture today let me know how it is i have always had a fear of needles well not so much anymore now.
