Good Evening Ladies! I hope all is going well with you! I have 3 more nights of bcp's and then whatever comes next, Im not really sure. Ive been out of town and will not get my calendar until Sunday. Im guessing I take my last pill on Monday night and then wait for AF?? Im kinda worried about something, let me ask your opinion. When you go in for baselines, typically does your doctor check your testosterone level? I mean is that an automatic thing? Im concerned about taking this DHEA and having PCOS and that my testosterone level hasnt been checked and that when I ask at my pre- cycle visit and they do check that its high. Is that a canceling factor? I know we worry about so many things but if WE ourselves dont keep up with things and dont ask alot of questions then I worry about the end result.

A few days from now is the 10 month anniversary since I lost Aimee. I know Ive done many things to remember
her but today I decided to finally get a tattoo that I can look at and give me a reason to smile. Id share a picture
but I dont know how to put one on.

Thanx.. I cant wait, only 3 more days.. I've been having really bad cramps and a back ache as if AF is coming, plus light spotting for about 9 days now. UGHHH!!!

update update uuuuupdate! lining was at 8 and she said it was text book with the triple layer! progesterone was .5 and will start shots tomorrow evening and fet will be at 12:15 thurs!!!!!! hopen n a prayn the sugar beans thaw so my tummy can gobble them up!

I definately think you should ask your RE to check your E2 levels to make sure all is fine, that is, if E2 checks are not automatic at your clinic. That way if they are not, then something can be done about it. If they are, you have the reassurance to add to your PMA .

I am really sorry for the loss of your daughter, this is a difficult time for you... so sorry ((HUGS)).

Hi Ladies!

Sorry I never checked in yesterday. Last day of 3rd marking period, grade all next week, plus a few dr's appts, it's going to be a crazy couple weeks!

My clinic located a couple lupron kits at a local specialty pharmacy yesterday, thank goodness! Freak out is officially over!

So I go tuesday for bw and u/s, my protocol is all set (haven't seen it yet, but I know it is follistim and menopur). I didn't ask my pre-follicle count the other day (I will ask on Tuesday) but during my sounding dr said "Ovaries look great, you are going to get a lot of eggs!" Now I just have to hope we have a sperm to match each one.

My med box has been ordered and will be here on Tuesday. I start stims on friday, baring any last minute craziness from Tuesday bw and u/s. wow, everything is getting so real, can't believe I am about to do this again! Excited and nervous. Please, please let this work!

It sounds like everyone is moving along now! So exciting!!!

AF arrived on Thursday I called my clinic at 1:00, but no one called back I finally got a call back yesterday. I'm on BCPs until April 5, and then I go in for labs and ultrasound April 8. I'm not sure why my BCP round is so short, but the sooner things move, the better! I'm doing an antagonist protocol this round with Ganirelix so I think that changes things. I'm hoping to get a calendar on Monday. My orange and green undies came in the mail from VS yesterday

Michelle- glad you got your Lupron. nothing about this process is ever simple!

Tammy- I agree with SD. I think you should flip that 43 to 34...your ovaries are more productive than mine!

Heather- prayers and hugs to you as you continue to struggle with your loss. Cool on the tat!

AFM- stayed up until 1 AM celebrating my Kentucky Wildcats beating OSU (I went to school at UK and grew up in Kentucky but live in Michigan now). Went to both Zumba and Boot Camp to punish myself and work the alcohol out of my system today. It feels so good to be exercising again.

Question... What do you ladies think about drinking the month before your cycle? I didn't drink for about 100 days prior to my last one and I am kind of over it. I think I read something in an earlier post about detox three weeks prior to your cycle which would be about now. What do you think?

Hi ladies, I will be cycling in April as well. I started Lupron this morning, will stop BCP on monday but I'm so excited!!!! I have faith and belief that my doctor & husband will be able to get me pregnant. I didn't feel any reaction from Lupron but maybe it takes a couple of days but oh well, it's all for a good cause. I am wishing for BFP's for all so lots of baby dust * * * and sticky syrup for all.

DANG! A lot has gone on since last weekend! Well.... I haven't had cable or internet since the huge storm hit CA this week. Took my cable company 6 visits to finally get me back online tonight. I have missed you ALL!

I haven't had a chance to read all the posts but I will catch up and come back with personals.

AFM-- This week has been crazy busy at work. Had a Lupron headache for 3 days straight and everybody I worked with knew it They don't call that stuff b*tch juice for nothing. hehe... Anyway, tappering off the Lupron tomorrow and starting Stims tomorrow night!! Not looking forward to it, really worried about OHSS. Just praying this time I don't get as bad as I did in 08. Will have U/S on 4-4-11 and possibly trigger 36 hours later.

Got some great news on Friday about our PGD. We paid $6k for Genetic testing which totally broke the bank since we are paying all cash for IVF. Well our Embryologist called on Friday and said that GSN the company doing our PGD is doing a study on day 3 and day 5 embryo biopsies. Well since we are doing a day 3 we qualify for the study. Basically they are doing a study to see if embryos 'auto correct' abnormalities from day 3 to day 5. So for the study we had to agree to allow them to re-biopsy our embryos on day 5. In return they will waive their fee of $3700.00!! What a deal! In addition, all our embies will be frozen on day regardless of what the day 3 report says to see if by day 5 the abnormal one's have auto corrected. So potentially we may have more 'good' embabies!

Hopefully that all makes sense! I will now go read and be back with personals.

Yeah, what I meant was do you erase what the person has been on & what procedures they've had if the times has passed? So, for example, once I'm done with my Lupron & stims & I move down to the ER/ET section, would you erase my history of being on Lupron/stims or would you keep it? So, in a way, your protocol would still be there. Hope this makes sense

I'm confused, not sure what I, or you, mean! lol I move the names, along with the info, but I update info as well. So for example, when I move from lupron to stims, I would take everything off except for my expected er/et date. Then when I am in er/et, I would take everything off except for date of er/et. Then when I get moved to 2ww, I would put beta date. Hope that makes sense. either way, it is not a big deal.
