hey rachel thats fantastic, another 2lbs wow you'll be looking late kate moss in no time :D LOL @ yr garden make over, perhaps you could ask them to do a little landscaping whilst they're at it

Shantala honey, it's crap when you are trying to work around commitments at work and I hope that AF doesn't show before the 3rd for you. Remember though, you and baby shantala come first :D

JB don't you bloody well hate that when that happens with your PC - it happened to me a few times so when writing long posts I do it in a word doc and cut and paste!!
Boy, don't men just love to waste the shopping budget, it must be a gene they are born with, mine is exactly the same, takes forever and we end blowing the budget twice over - don't get me talking about when he goes on his own!!! :o

Becky - did you see that they have released the inside of new big bro - can't wait for it to start - bath in the sitting room!!!

Yes the spotting is slowing down (thankfully) and scan tomorrow, so dead excited but nervous too, don't think we will see heart beat but just want confirmation that beanie decided to make home in the right place.

Geckogirl - ((((BIG HUGS)))) its good to have a good cry and you will feel blue for a while, but as Becks says the pain and disappointment does ease and its such a shame that DH is having to go away.

sassynlv - don't think we've met before but certainly read your posts - lets hope yr DH swimmers come out fighting in Aug :D

We are due to go camping at the weekend if the weather holds out, and came home tonight and got all our stuff out, think we may need to take 2 cars  Roll on Friday :D :D

Jackie - WOW - Great numbers. Crossing my fingers and toes for the scan tomorrow. Had not seen about the inside of BB house - that sounds like there is going to be all sorts of fun and games with a bath in the main room!!!

Marsha - been thinking of you and hoping that your 2ww is not dragging too much. How are you bearing up?

Sassy - welcome. Such a bugger that we are all here rather than on an after tmt thread. Know that feeling of wanting your body and life back and being tired of it all so may be the break will do you good as well as helping dh's swimmers too

Jen1d - great that everything is in place for your trip to Big B. Got to think of it as a holiday rather than a clinic visit. You need a holiday after all those shifts that you have done lately

Becky - glad that we can get ranting about BB soon. Something to look forward too. It'll be the X Factor before we know it!!

Aunty - Cannot understand how inconsiderate some people are. Glad that you gave them a piece of your mind

Shantala - know exactly what you mean. I keep planning out weeks when it might be EC or ET and trying to avoid too much stuff those weeks and know that it will all move around so much that then I try to stop planning but I am such a control freak. Really hoping that your dates are going to pan out for you. I figure that we have to try to go with the flow - yeah right!!!! Great if we get to do some stages at the same time

Rachel - another 2 lb. 16 in total. That is such a great achievement. You should be so proud of yourself. You must have dropped at least a dress size already!? dh is home tomorrow which I am sure will improve my mood no end. ARGC seem to do lots more testing before and during the cycle. They will do a hysterscopy before I start which is new. Plus they seem to use a mix of drugs for stimmies rather than just 1 drug. Guess that I shall know more when I cycle there. ARGGGGHHH Hope that the water board arrived and were able to fix the leak for you

JB - I so hate that especially when you typed a long post to everyone. I hold my breath when I push the submit key! The colours for your new room sound very mellow indeed

Geckogirl - I am sorry that you are having a hard time and your dh is not around much right now. That makes it even harder. HUGS to you. Try to take a step at a time if you can - the pain does ease but sometimes I find crying better than trying to keep it all inside and pretend that everything os alright when it is not

Hugs to those who I have missed. Sorry we are quite a big group and cannot scroll back far enough in topic view!!

So glad that I can stay. Cannot be doing with another thread right now. Thanks girls.

I have been a bit glum over the last few days with dh away, AF here but not here, plus a bad cold and some money worries too. But dh is back tomorrow. Told him about the money concerns and he just said that he will be back tomorrow and we will figure everything out and it will all be just fine. I am so lucky to have him. Cold starting to pass which must help. Been keeping me awake at night so been knackered which never helps does it! Plus AF now really here. Missed bloods today but can get them done tomorrow D2 and then find out where I am able to start after I ovulate. OMG. OMG

Thanks for being here and being such a great support.

Love to you all.

Morning ladies, just popping in to say scan went well and we found beanie in the right place

The sac measures 1cm (unbelieveable!) and you could just see the yolk sac but they said it was too early to see a heartbeat so back in on 6th June. They reckon that given the size etc that I'm probably just about 5 weeks, although the pregnancy calculator says 6 - I know that I ovulated quite late last month so a week or so behind.

We are so relieved, my shoulders ache so much where I think I have been tense over the last couple of days.

Still can't take it all in that this little miracle happened on its on.

off to work now

 Hi gang

Steph - Hey how you doing, thanks for looking out for us Feb girls. What stage are you at now?

Carolyn - You hang in there, life is crap at times but i always find its no good worrying as everything usually works out fine in the end.
Hope af is not too tough

Nimble - Wow great news for you. I will be in Big B when you have your scan but will be thinking of you.

Gill - how you getting on with the paperwork? You feeling a bit calmer now or getting nervous?

Aunty - Love your little signs, they keep me smiling.

JenB - Hope everything went ok with bloods, let us know?

Geckogirl - I completely agree with Carolyn, a good sob helps so blubber away and let it all out. A big hug in arriving to your house any second

Becky - Stop working so hard, will be calling you Carolyn soon

Marsha - How you feeling, hope 2ww is not being to hard on you and the nerves are still in tact.

Rachel - Hope your leak is sorted  Your doing so well on your diet, lose a few for me to please

Becky - I will be glued to BB also. Love it and wish it was all year round----getting really sad now eh

Shantala - Hope your dates/times are all working out for you. People dont realise what us girls go through eh

Sassy - Welcome, the girls are fab so fire away with any worries.

Nicolamark - Glad you have joined us. Sorry if i missed it but where are you with your cycle now?

Me - Well i picked up the paperwork from the Doc only to get home and find she hadn't included dh's results to  Called and she is off today so have left strict instructions i will call her tomorrow morning and i need to pick up paperwork by 5pm tomorrow evening as we have to send all the info away on Friday. Little white lie but if we dont say it then we will get everything in about a weeks time. We want Big B to get it all about a week before we get there.

Nimble wow fantastic you saw little beanie...and only 2 more weeks until next scan ...betch can't wait...Did you have tears of joy in your eyes??? :D :D

Marsh Hope your hanging in ther...not long now...BFP coming your way!!!! xxx

Rachel you are doing so well on your healthy eating plan ...well done, bikini time soon!!!! Hope the leak gets fixed soon and you aint gotta go through hell getting it done

Jen just a week to go honey...woohoo!!!! I can't believe the docs left out DH 's stuff. typical  But youv'e sorted it out. I still haven't contacted Im as Dh has to wait until next week to get an appointment with doc never mind for bloods to get done   Ah well at least i am learning the art of ptience before i get my BFP! :D :D

A big shout out and HI to everyone else

as for me: had bloods taken yesterday afeternoon and this morn I had a phone call from the GP's... to be recalled for more bloods. Eventually ( why are doc receptionists such dragons  ) I through much asking found out it's because my platelet count was too high. :? Was still none the wiser but got a wider spectrum of bloods taken this afternoon and will get results back Friday. I googled 'high platelet count" and found it can mean anything from an infection>anemia>cancer...Great eh???? Am sure it's nothing . I have been tired over the last few weeks so I may be anemic ?? Anyway i've got to wait until friday so no point worrying eh? Soooooooooo looking forward to having a weekend away. Meeting my friends from Glassgow who are havin a long week end up the west coast of Scotland, ( we have moved to the north east) so we are taking the motorhome away and going to meet them. :D :D tHis couple were unable to come to our wedding as they were at their God Daughters Christening so it will be a good catch up!!!! Hope to post before i go

If not have a great holiday wekend everyone
love jen B

 Hi Jen

Hope everything turns out fine with your bloods, will be thinking of you.

Know what you mean about the receptionists, they think they rule the surgery. What i really hate is when you make an appointment with the nurse they always ask you what you are having done. Doc said its so they can tell if they need one or two slots but i feel its an invasion of my privacy  they are grumpy old gits

Ok off to bed as i am full of cold and am finally on my 7th and last shift tomorrow then off for 5 days
