Hope welcome back, and thanks for the advice. I will be sure to tell them. I was gonna have them do trigger point massage - which does exactly that

I guess I will change that. Iw ill talk to her about it and see if she looks like she knows what she is doing!

GOOD.. I'm so glad you read that before you left!!! I was starting to worry! I used to get massages regularly at my chiropractor's. I only found out about the toxins as I was lying on the table!!!! Scary, fortunately, she was just getting started and hadn't done anything serious yet. I just want you to be careful and take care of those little follies and mommy too!

I called my Re and the nurse said a massage is fine. But I will still warn them about the IVF, and tell em to treat me like I'm pg

Heck maybe I will lie and just say I'm pg

Evening Ladies-

I'm back from my crazy road trip. And I feel like I've been run over by a Mac truck. I just feel bad for DH, he drove the entire 10 hrs (won't let me drive - control thing) and now has to work his 11.5 hrs tonight, tomorrow & Sun. He's such a trooper to go with me for my Grams. We got back about 4am. I still got about 7 hrs sleep, but I'm still feelin blaaa, plus I'm freezing! I don't know why, it's only in the low 30s. I hope I'm not getting a cold!

The good news is Sassy has practically made a full recovery... She is now walking better than she was prior to her accident! Thankfully, she got a cortisone shot in her knee this Wed and I think that has helped tremendously. I was AMAZED at how well she is getting around.

Angie - Honey, we're all thinking of you. Love and hugs, sweetie.

Becks - I love your ultra long post.

Makes me feel better with my crazy long ones! That's your DH?! What a cutie he is! You guys make a lovely pair! Tell him I don't think I can afford him and I don't want to tick you off!

Yes, it was a 10 hr road trip. Insane, I know. 1/2 way home, dh said, um, we're not doing this next time! I hope he remembers that! And yes, Steph was right, it's my dear grandmother (84), not my mom. I'm so sorry to hear that your mum is not around

I'm sure she's smiling down from heaven on you all! You have 7 siblings?! Wow, I thought I had a lot (4)! Can't wait to get going, possible/probable cycle buddy!

Su - Thanks for the begging and pleading for AF! I am starting to do the same as I am FEELING like it needs to happen soon. (part of my blaa!!) In the meantime, still playin' old Yukon Cornelius every time I check my knickers.

Can't wait for you to get your scanner working (or borrow sis') and get your baby image up here too! About the hair dyes... I'd been wondering that too. I haven't had mine done since before my last cycle and I'm starting to get ROOT ROT! (as my lovely previous hairdresser used to say). My current hairdresser is a female and is also pg. I asked her if she was still doing hair, she is... so I'm hoping to do it soon.. think I'm going to go closer to my natural hair color

So I can stay as far away from hair dye once I get my BFP as I can.

Oh, and about your hair being greasy - My friend who knows every old wives' tale under the sun swears that extra oil in hair and skin are indicators of having a certain sex of baby. If you want to know, I'll tell ya... but I don't want to if you don't want to hear it. Let me know.

Steph!! I'm so glad the interview went well. That's fantastic news. Not too much longer in hell and then you'll have a great new job to look forward to. (it's gotta be better, right?!) AND, please tell me when you log on tonight that AF has arrived... I just know you're going to tell me that.

Did you really wait 40 days for AF??

I am beginning to wonder when I might should call the RN about getting things ROLLING again. Today is 7 weeks since D&C, and at least 4 weeks since negative (less a few days from test date, but I'm sure it was earlier).

HEEELLLLOOOO to everyone else. Hope all is going well.

Going to go wrap my middle with a heating pad and hope that kick starts somethin!

LOL!!! I want to know too!!! Did I tell you I actually googled ways to get AF to start?!!! The ONLY thing I found was vigorous exercise. I've tried that, but I'm not feeling up to it tonight. So I'm sticking with the heating pad and hoping it helps!!

I'm tempted to call my acupuncturist... but I'm holding off because he already told me I need to wait at least 85 days btw D&C and next cycle (85 days??!!!) well, at this rate, it might very well be more than that! But I know if I ask him about getting it started, he'll chastize me.

But I was late before and told him about it, he stuck some needles in me and it started merely hours later.

omg too funny I was thinking of soakin myself in a HOT tub and burn it out of me

Hope you've done accupuncture? I'd always want to do that...can they do an all over body fix??? I have always wanted to go for a reflexology session...supposably it is really good for my ooky tummy that I get all the tme

I'm just hoping I can get AF to show up!

Yup. In fact, MP just asked me about it today. I love it. Went long before IVF and during my 2nd IVF (with the BFP). My LAc is the greatest. You should definitely give it a try if you are considering it. I have found it to be good for MANY problems and have referred a ton of ppl with various problems who have had positive results too (even one lady who took her grandson). I very much an advocate of Chinese medicine. Though, I will say that I took the Chinese herbs for IVF before my first IVF and won't do them again - that's the ONLY thing tho, that I wouldn't recommend - and it may have had nothing to do with my BFN, but I won't risk it again - too many different herbs and drugs doin' the dance in there. Gets nuts.

I will try the websites you gave.. can't wait!!
