Could I be added to the 2 ww. We did our transfer on 3/26. Beta is scheduled for 2/9. Needless to say I've been doing the dollar tests every day. What is the earliest anyone has detected their BFP on a home test?

Well, I just happen to be a POAS queen, so let me try and answer! Did you do an FET or a fresh cycle with a trigger shot? The trigger shot is hcg, so you will have positive tests for at least a couple days after transfer (I think they say it can take up to 10 days from trigger to be completely gone, but it is usually gone within a few days after ET for me, which is 6 days after ER). I have NEVER seen an early bfp, I just keep torturing myself. I never saw any faint lines either time (one success, one chemical) until the day before beta (13dpo). I have heard of people seeing a faint line as early as 8-10 dpo. I think average is 10-12. Also depends on how sensitive your strips are. Good luck, have fun peeing!

Btw, I just ordered my 25 pack of pee strips from amazon. I hope that is enough to get me through the 2ww! lol

So it's been a while since I have stimmed. I am on follistim and menopur, what I think are fairly high doses. Who is familliar with common side effects. So far I have been waking up with congestion, I tend to get dry mouth a lot, I am wicked tired, and today I think I am starting to feel very slight cramping (day 2 of stims). Also, some back pain/body achiness started today. Does that all sound about right in your experiences with these 2 drugs?

Hi girls...just a quick update on me and I will catch up with all of you, hopefully tomorrow night. I have been crazy busy the past few days (and seriously stressed)...and havent even had time to read. I hope everyone is doing well.

My first SnS didnt go very well yesterday. I have a lead follicle at 19 and then...14.5, 12.5, 10, and under 10. My doc wasnt there, and the doc on call asked if I wanted to convert to IUI with 1 follicle...I was like, uh no. We have severe MF. I told him my history and that my last cycle started off similar...and ended up okay. I also told him I would prefer to ignore the lead follicle and catch the rest. He took a quick look at my records and agreed to continue as long as my E2 was in the 300-400 range and wait and see what Monday brings. My lining was good at 8mm. My E2 was 309. So all I can do at this point is hope and pray lots for some kind of miracle tomorrow.

On a crazy side note:
I went to Cracker Barrel Restaurant last night to meet up with the girls in my family to plan my SIL's baby shower. I got there a bit early so that I could get a Gift Card for my aunt's birthday card. While digging in my purse...my Ganerilix box fell out and landed in the candy bins below...and I had no clue that it was missing. 3 hrs later while paying for my dinner...the cashier on a whim held up my medication and asked me if by chance it belonged to me! She had just started her shift an hour or so earlier and had not asked anyone else...but asked ME! I was like "Oh, Thank You, Thank You!!!" I told her how important that med was and she says to me..."I dont know if you believe in God or not...but that right there was God Intervention. You ARE going to get pregnant...that was God's way of letting you know." This girl had no clue that I had just 3 minutes earlier told my family that my cycle may get cancelled. The kicker...the other girl who found the Ganerilix...said it was buried/hidden in the candy and she has no clue what made her look over and even notice it in there.

I cant believe she even bothered to ask me...cause if you think about it...it was more likely that the person who lost it would have been someone who had cashed out and left....not someone who was still there 3 hrs later. It just so happened that I was buying a Gift Card on the way in. Craziness!!

It has been a while for me too and I am on both menopur and follistim. I have also been very tired, have dry mouth and body aches.

AFM-- Today is day 7 of stims-- the last few days I was REALLY cramping bad but today it seems to have mellowed out. Haven't been to RE since I started stims but tomorrow is the big U/S check to see how many follies are in there! I am really hoping and praying that all this cooking has produced something--- I need some good numbers-- may prayers please!!! After tomorrow RE will decided if I need to stim a few more days or if we will trigger. For now my tenative ER date is on the 9th of April, PGD on day 3 embies, and transfer on day 5. Praying like CRAZY we have a golden egg in there that is normal...

I am on Day 3 stims and i thought i was imagining it, but i have body achiness as well as back ache. On the up side, i am sleeping throught the night now. I have been having problems sleeping lately maybe coz of stress etc. But now i sleep very well, even in the afternoon . Well the eggs are definately growing in there... for sure .

AFM Happily stimming away. I have my first session of acupuncture tomorrow morning at 10.30. I've never had acupuncture before am really looking forward to it. I did my yoga this morning, am feeling quiet proud of myself .
I have my first u/s on Friday. Am curious about how things are going in there

I'm on the crazy 2ww Im on day 12 and Im dreading my blood test coz its always neagative..don't feel pregant at all ,anyway Im 30 my hubby is 35 and it's my hubby who has a sperm prob thats why we are here on ivf ,they took 15 eggs and 11 were grade A,and 4 were transfered hoping at least 1 will stick after 2 days after et I had cramping like my period was coming for 3 days then nothing at all since my breasts av been tender but thats nothing new thats since I was on the injections ,so Im going be brave and face it on thursday and go for my blood work I cant face another negative....

Hi everyone!

It's been almost a week since I had my 5th BFN with IVF (3/29)....I recognise many names on this board from the winter cycle board and I have decided to join you and move on with this IVF rollercoster with your support! My next plans are FET in May. In this last ivf we had 2 perfect 5 day blasts transfered (ended in BFN) and we have 2 promising blasts in the freezer. This is my first FET so I would appreciate your feedback girls. After almost 2 years of ttc with IVF me and DH have transferred 11 embryos through 5 unsuccesful IVF's. I want to believe that this FET is going to bring us our baby. My AF after the BFN came right on schedule on Saturday and my RE told me we will have the FET after Easter that is when I get my next AF begining of May...don't know the exact date of FET since I haven't had my WTF appt yet. I am planning on arranging it mid month so that we make plans for the FET. I am praying that IT will happen for us this time. We have been through so much and I would like to believe that we are going to reach our goal this time and bring home a baby!

I am looking forward in "meeting" everyone of you and share our IVf ride together supporting each other through the whole procedure and I am sure you are all amazing women just like the friends I've made on the winter cycle board with all those amazing women that I am going to cherrish forever for all their support and love they gave me! ...I will make personals on my next post so I can catch up with everyone's status...

This is going to be a great cycle full of BFP's for all of us! I am feeling very positive on this one!

LOL Taking some familar meds such as Follistim and Estradial. but my 1st time on the Femara...I know it's so strange how the fertility doctors choose our meds that are related to treating cancer, wow makes you wonder how in the world did they come up with that? Starting injectibles this week, but only with folistim and then the FUN hcg trigger shot so it should be a breeze...

mom4sure- I love Yoga and did that when I belonged to the gym, but wondering if Netflix offers anything I can instantly download. Certainly worth the try!

Still catching up on personals, this board has REALLY grown! I now have my orange (tangerine) panties and a green ribbon tied to our bedroom door. I am so ready! Also researching the National Infertility Week online and seeing what everyone is doing. Alot of conferences especially in Chicago and of course up north in Washington. I'm going to ask my clinic when I go for an appointment on Wednesday if we can do something to raise awareness, somehow we can get involved becaue this effects 1 out of every 8 people!

Hey ladies!!!

Just a quick note, had my U/S appt this morning and everything looks perfect, lining 8-10mm My RE just called and said my FET will be at 12:00 on Monday!! So excited, I have to belive this one will stick and more importantly STAY! After having gone through the twin M/C in Janurary I am nervous but I am going to try and stay on the PMA wagon.

AFeveryone else, I am thinking about you all. I am sending you all tons of babydust, sticky vibes, PMA, (((HUGS))), and prayers for your appts this week!!! Hoping we all have at least one gloden egg in the bunch this month!!!

Officially negative. Guess I'm moving onto an April FET. We have one frozen embryo left. After that, I'm not sure what we'll do. I just don't understand why it's not working. We transferred 2 great looking blasts that were donor sperm and my eggs. I have PCOS, but women with PCOS get pregnant all the time. Very frustrating. Sorry to be a downer today.

Hey ladies. Wanted to update everyone. Things have been crazy with work and a little one. But we are all set to trigger tonight with ET scheduled for 4/6 (the day my little miracle princess turns one:-)). I feel bad that i will be out of it on her b'day but plan to make it up to her on the weekend.

I am still trying to figure out what i am going to do after ET and if i need to carry her. I am afraid that i will have to just given how dependent she still is on us but then worried about hurting my chances.

Well, I'm triggering at 3pm today...and will be baby dancing in the middle of the night Tuesday night, in 36 hrs (while Zach is asleep, lol). Then again, 3pm on Wednesday while Zach is napping. Yep, baby dancing. I got canceled. My lining looks great at 9.4...but my follies are now 23.5, 17.5...and 11, 10, 9, 9, 9, and 1 more <10. Some of my follies look as though they even got smaller than they were on Saturday, others didnt grow at all. I was offered IUI, but what a waste of time. Been there done that with 5-6 follies...3x's. We have severe male factor and need IVF with ICSI and AH...so there really is no point. My E2 was 488...so there is 2 mature follicles...and I'll be praying for a miracle.

I'm not sure what to do next. My doc wants to try again in 2 weeks...only this time going back to the lupron flare protocol...apparantly, the clomid/follistim/ganerilix which I was on this cycle and last cycle keeps making lead follies and supressing the little ones...which is what we dont want. It worked out ok last cycle in the end...but not this time. The problem is...it looks like my retrieval will end up being on the day of my SIL's huge baby shower...and I'm putting it on. Ugh!

I'm off to go drink a glass of wine and go work on designing invites for a freakin baby shower and will check in with you all a bit later.

Quick question~ Anybody have any info on uterine lining thickness? Mine was between 8-10mm today with my FET this Monday (4-11-11). Will it be to thick by then? Anyone know how much it changes daily? Thanks guys! Don't know what I'd do if I didn't have ya'll to run to w/ questions!
