Mellie: No idea about that....gosh I can not think of number 2 right now...well it would be number three lol

Ok so I called the OB office again and asked them if I could come in earlier cause I just need to see my babies and April 3 is so far away...well, they got me in for an ultrasound on the 27 and my appt for the 28!!! I will have to leave work early both days to get there but who cares! So excited! Also, just so much stretching today!!! My tummy is just so tight...starting to get big which is kinda neat.

Mellie - My RE said that what is the determining factor is breastfeeding. While you are breastfeeding you should not do an IVF cycle. He said that if you breastfeed for 6 to 9 mos that you should be ok to do another cycle then. That's what we are going to do, breastfeed then #2! What my luck we will get twins since we only want one next!
Loopie or should I call you Pam Anderson now?  I can only use one of my bras and it is too tight. I need to go to the maternity store that's 45 min away. :( and get fitted. Not looking forward to it. You are right not wearing something that is not attractive! I am so excited for Corny also! What a rollercoaster for her!
Suga- glad you got an earlier u/s, I had one yesterday and again on 25th - I love my Doc!
Sassy - have you recovered from the shock? Wow - I am still in shock for you! How are you feeling? Is the doctor reffering you to a multiple birth expert?
KatieG- How are you feeling now? I could get really used to those frequent U/s !!!!
weezie great measurements and HB for the twins! I am so excited for you! How is Dh doing these days?
Mia - how are you doing?
Tammy - when is your next u/s?

Is it Friday yet? I am getting a little tired of people asking me if I am pregnant, people I don't even really know. I got a bigger belly since stims so I am sure everyone thinks I am 4 mos along. I am thinking of making a shirt that says "I am not Pregnant, I just had a really big burrito for lunch!" Dh's mom is all upset cause she can't tell anyone and we are only 9 weeks, she says we are making her keep secrets and it is stressful for her  ! Geesh what happened to everyone being cool until 12 weeks?
Healthy baby dust!!!!!

Hi ladies! Oh my gosh, I can't believe I finally get to post on this side! I hope you don't mind me crashing your thread. I was invited though...I promise! Anyway, I won't bore you with the details of my rollercoaster ride...if you want to know all the drama, check out the Jan/Feb cycle buddies board. You may or may not remember me...I was a little behind all of you because stupid AF arrived so late, but I am so excited, and still a little shocked, that after 11 days in beta hell I finally got the "you are officially pregnant" from RE. My first u/s will be on 3/24 and my due date is 11/11. I know...it's not October...but I don't know any of those girls on the Nov mommy board  , and you all have been so supportive! Anyway...I've been lurking on this thread, and trying to keep up, but I think I have a lot of backtracking to do to get up to speed. One thing I remember for sure is someone is having quintuplets!!! Holy cow! Anyway...I've been hesitant to take the plunge on the mommy-to-be side, for fear I might give myself bad kharma...but here I am now! I am so excited and won't really believe any of it until I see a heartbeat. So far I feel totally normal, except for supersore boobs, but I think that's from the PIO, since last cycle they hurt too. I can't wait to start feeling something...

Ok - better get back to work!

cornybaby - Welcome!!!!! I have been checking on your beta rollercoaster ride. I am soooo happy you are officially pregnant! I hope things will be smooth sailing from here on in. I bet you can't wait for your u/s!

rio - I know what you mean about pushy people. My SIL is now advising me on what test to have done and she has NEVER been pregnant! The nerve! They ask how I am and when I give them any details, she starts her "know it all" attitude and tells me what I should be doing. From now on they are going to get the answer "I am fine" with no details. I like your shirt idea too. Funny! I just lost a bunch of weight so now people who don't know are thinking that I am just gaining it all back. I hope the belly becomes more obvious soon!

sugabeanzs- I am glad you got an earlier appointment. I had an u/s last week and have to wait until next Thurs for another one, and the wait is driving me nuts! I doubt I will be able to go longer than a few weeks without reassurance.

Mellie - We want another one right away, but I didn't ask the clinic. I kind of wanted at least 6-8 mos with this one to breastfeed and bond before I have to do the hormone ride again.

loopie - Wow, bad luck on the bra! I guess I will learn from your shopping to just go to the regular dept store and try to find one bigger. I am lucky that I am only a B cup anyway, so I should be able to just buy bigger bras. When do you see your ob next week. I go on Thursday and the wait is killing me!

I seem to have popped the last two days. All of a sudden my pants are fitting tight. I can still squeeze into them, but they aren't really comfortable. I guess I will be back in my fat clothes soon. I really hope that I start looking pregnant and not just fat!

M/S seems to come and go. I had a rough weekend and then Mon and Tues were fine and today I am sick again. I looked online and many articles say it lasts until week 12-14. Drag.....

I am excited that every week I am taking fewer meds. This week I am down to prog suppositories only twice a day and oral prog and estrace once a day. Next Wednesday I stop all meds. Yippee!

How is everyone else feeling?

Cornybaby!!! WOOHOO! WELCOME! I have been reading some of your updates and rio keeps us up to date! We would love to have you here!!!

Gecko: I looked just plain fat till about 2 days ago I finally have a round belly. So I am 10 weeks with twins so I dunno. But the fat stage is not fun at all! I hated it! So hopefully you dont have to go through it!

K, off to bed for me at 8PM I did not get a nap today :(

Hi Girls,

I miss you all so much. I've been lurking to be sure everyone is still hanging in there.

Hoekey - I'm sorry to hear about your m/s. You have always bought comfort to me. See you on the otherside.

DH and I are going to Cabo San Lucas on April 5. I'm packed and ready to go. Would you believe I'm still considered pregnant because my levels has not dropped below 1 - oy vey. I have my next appointment on Good Friday. DH & I are considering adoption but I can't give up IVF just yet. I'm still young -38. We may start again July/August.

You girls keep up the good work but don't over do it.

(((((((hugs))))))))

Awww Wishluck - Your are so sweet to still check in on us! I miss you on the board and am so sorry for your loss. I just know you will be back here soon. Your trip to Cabo sounds wonderful! Cabo is one of my favorite destinations and I think I've been there at least four times. Don't forget to visit the Cabo Wabo bar/club. It is owned by Sammy Hagar and they make the BEST tequila ( I have been known to really get wild with the tequila.....)! It is a fun bar, has great food, and dancing at night. Enjoy your vacation!

I am glad you are thinking of trying again via the IVF route. I am lots older than you are and was encouraged to try several times before giving up on my own eggs which I did. For me an egg donor was the next logical step before adoption and fortunately I have had good luck - so far. Everyone finds their own way though, and I am sure you are destined to be a mommy. Keep us posted and take care.

I am so glad you decided to join us here. I am sure all of our due dates will change here and there and of course you should be with the group you started with. I prayed so hard for your BFP ride that now I feel the need to follow your wonderful pregnancy too! So it is a lot easier to do it on this post!!!! :D I am so happy for you! Don't worry you won't jinx a thing, your baby is a fighter!
Gecko - sounds like we are going to be IVF buddies for #2!!! Awesome!
Wish - we miss you here! I am so so glad that you and DH are going on a fun vacation! I know what you mean about not giving up on IVF, the good news is you did get pregnant this time, my IVF RE had said that once you get pregnant your body learns what to do (of course those weren't his technical terms!) but look at how many success stories we have after a few tries! Check out sassy in her fisrt FET cycle - 5 babies!!! You are in my thoughts and I am praying for your miracle!!! Have a blast in Cabo and please have a margarita for me! or two!!!

Wish- It's good to hear from you again. I haven't had a vacation in years. Have fun in Cabo!! I'm really glad you can try again.

Corny- I remember you from the Jan/Feb thread. Sorry you had to go through heck to get here but now that you are......just sit back and enjoy.

Well my dh has strep and I want him to stay far away from me. First my dd had it a couple weeks ago and I managed to stay away from her and now my dh has it. Geez....it's out to get me. My bff's little girl has fifth disease and a stomach virus....this is just a bad season. I don't know how those of you who are teachers make it. They had to shut down my dd's district for several days due to the flu a couple weeks ago. I am half-afraid to work in the nursery at church...all these sick kids. I am scared to death of the fifth disease and it is going through all the elementary schools here.

Glad to hear everyone is doing well. My next u/s is on Monday. I am really looking forward to seeing the little guy.

Cinci - I am terrified of getting sick also, I keep Clorox wipes and Lysol spray on my desk and the hand sanitizer in my purse! My big boss who is across the door from me is coughing and hacking and touching everything, grosses me out! As hard as it is, you really need to avoid drinking or eating from any glass or utensil, are they on antibiotics? I am so sorry you have to avoid your DH and DD!

Anyone else schedule their Nuchal test? Mine is March 31st! My doc had me do an antibody test also and some other blood work. Which tests have your OB been requesting?
