How is everyone today. I am sure Steph is not up yet. but today is your POAS day right?

Looking forward to hearing from everyone today. I should be on all day off and on.

Hi Everyone -

I've missed you guys!! I've been super busy and haven't had much time to log on. :(

I did read the last page here... and I'm glad to see ICSI back in her regular form!!! YAY!!! Hope they give you good news at the RE regarding a discount!!! That would be awesome!! And yeah, I think having a female RE is better too! (Mine is, by the luck of the draw) but I love her. I sent her a 2 page list of questions last week and she called me back and we talked for nearly 1/2 hr about them. Great bedside manner. Anyway, I hope things go well for you and you can get back on track soon. Reading your posts sound like you're starting to feel more like yourself again. :D

Steph - I think Angie is right, my guess is you'll POAS... So have you??!!! Either way, I can't wait to hear about the BFP!!!! Image

Chriss - Hon, I'm so sorry to hear that AF arrived. :( I was so hoping and praying that this would be a BFP for you. Thinking of you, sweetie. Image

Jen1d - How are the processes going (adoption & police)? Thinking of you too. :)

Hi to everyone else... sorry i can't do more personals, I haven't caught up yet and I have to go get ready for work. Had the day off yesterday for President's Day, but DH and I spent the day working around the house and catching up on the 3rd season of Lost... It was a good day together. We had the boys this weekend, so that's always busy. We took them to Chinatown for authentic chinese food and the experience and then decided to walk around the Natural History Museum (Smithsonian). They loved the mummy and the bones sections! It was a lot of fun. Then church on Sunday and before you knew it was time to take them back to their mom's.

As for my treatment - I'm on my last week of BCPs. My meds should arrive tomorrow before 3pm and I start Lupron on Thursday AM. My first appt for US/BW will be the following Thursday, most likely, that is if AF shows up on Tues (previous cycles have been right on course with BCPs, but we'll see if this time is the same after m/c). I'm ready to get started, but feeling a bit apprehensive because of our loss. I don't want to go thru that again, but I'm not so scared that I'm not willing to do another cycle. I guess I'm just trying not to get too excited about it and just trying to be very low key.

Well, I must get ready for work. I may have some time tomorrow as I wait for my meds to arrive (they come via delivery, but I have to be here to sign for them and then CHECK them and put them in the fridge). Getting them the day before I start is scary! I'll be checking them twice to be sure everything is there!!

Have a good Tuesday everyone!!!

I guess it is nice outside I have not gone out there yet. The sky is clear and I think it is kind of cool out there.

Just ate spagetti for breakfast. Yummy. We just have a lot of leftovers from this weekend and with all the money we are spending on IVF, I have gone into this I don't want to waste anything mode. So spagetti for breakfast it was.

Just catching up on my shows I have taped this week. Then I will get up and do some physical stuff, at least as much as I can.

How are you doing today>?

i'm doing good.....weather is crap up here (in michigan) - but otherwise, a good week as boss is on vaca all week which translates into "easy" work week!! woo-hoo!! is nice to have a little down time at work sometimes...

interesting - spaghetti for breakfast eh?? i know all too well what you mean about $$ spent for treatment.....is FL like MI -- a non-mandatory ivf state??? i am fortunate in that my insurance does atleast cover my us & bw -- which, is the most INexpensive part of it all, but everything helps... also pays about 50% of my drugs.....and my drugs would probably be around 4K if had to pay 100% -- ugh!!

HOPE!!!!!!!!!!!!! so good to see you girl!! was getting worried about you.... yeah, i'm back....and in pretty true form!!! as you know (sadly, as MOST of us know) -- it takes awhile to bounce back each time..... of course i also think it was harder having the initial BFP -- turned BFN -- i really think i could have handled much better if just had straight BFN -- ya know??? anyway......you're getting close ----- YEAH!!!!!!

No Fl is not a mandatory state. I could not be so lucky.

Ok so on day 10 after my iui (which was SUnday) I thought I saw something on my stick (FRER) but nah it was probably an evap line. So day 11 (yesterday) I woke up at 5am and poas. VERY VERY VERY VERY faint line...it is probably an evap and not a line. SO since it was my day off I went back to bed for another 5 hrs and got up at 10 and poas again. This time it was still pretty faint but I could tell it was pinkish. OMG! But it is soooooooo faint! Is it real? So I call the RE's office and of course they are on holiday but they call me back saying they'd schedule me for BW today. ALLLL day long yesterday I'm stressing! I even tried not peeing and drinking for 3-4 hrs. DO YOU KNOW HOW HARD THAT WAS haha. I poas and again super faint but there is probably something other than an evap line there. UGH. So all night I'd wake up and say is it time yet? Nah. At 5am I'm up again (apparently my body is liking 5 am for some reason!). I used my FRER and again a really faint line. One that makes you doubt what you are seeing. So I pull out the new FRER GOLD ones (you can get em at Kmart already!) Apparently they use 2 different hormones to test. It is digital, I figure they say they are sensitive down to 18...a little higher than the regular FRER so if it tells me no I probably AM seeing things. WEEEELLLLLL after holding my breath for the 30 seconds or so that the stupid little clock blinks at you I got my answer! Image

and I just got my numbers, I'm at 34 day 12! I gots a ways to catch up to Mia and her litter...so I'm probably not having a litter! Woo
