Hi ladies! Sunday's estrogen levels were 954...this was after my 7th injection of Follistim.

Today's SnS results were:
-Endometrial thickness: 10.2
-Left ovary: 1 at 19x19, 1 at 12x12, 1 at 11x11, 1 at 14x15, 2 at 18x17, 1 at 13x12, & 1 at 13x14. So, the averages are 1 that is 19, 2 that are 17.5, 1 that is 14.5, 1 that is 13.5, 1 that is 12.5, 1 that is 12, & 1 that is 11.
-Right ovary: 1 at 20x15, 1 at 23x21, 1 at 19x16, 1 at 12x11, 1 at 11x9, 1 at 13x14, & 1 at 10x10. So, the averages are 1 that is 22, 2 that are 17.5, 1 that is 13.5, 1 that is 11.5, & 2 that are 10.

They will call me w/ the estrogen level later. There is a possibility of me triggering tonight.

Fruit- Well, my RE doesn't know whats causing the BFN's. I had 4 IVF's with the same doctor (OB & fertlity specialsit) and this last one, the 5th with a new RE. I will also have my FET with him. Both doctors can't seem to tell what went wrong. I really hope this FET will our miracle one! btw I don't think the body lotion and perfume can damage the embryos. Actually if you think about it, they are transferred in a catheteer and have no contact with the body or anything at all!. Your RE should have told you not to put lotion etc. Mine gave me a paper with instractions for the ET day and one of those was not to put any lotion etc. But I believe that is mostly for him! Imagine every woman going in the lab smelling dhavy and differently he want be able to perform his task of transferring from the smell! Don't you worry dear! your embies are just fine growing and sticking! I am sorry you went through similar situations as I did and I wish you a BFP in 10 days!!!

easley- Thank you So much for your kind words dear! ...about cramping...from I've heard and read, cramping or any other sign, eg.spotting, nausea etc. are not must have signs during the 2ww! especially in the 2nd day of ET! ..and even if one has one of those signs that doesn't mean its a BFP. Wish they where but there are not fix signs. Don't look for signs you are torturing your self this way. Besides, every woman and every pregnancy is defferent. Don't mess with your PMA honey! Enjoy your pregnancy and let those embies stick in their cozzy home!

anton i wish u all the luck for ur FET actually i found on the net some researches saying that some women are not good receptive for the embryos after stimulation and that their chances are much more higher in frozen cycle than a fresh one (i dont know if doctors believe in such study...but.....dunno....) so i just wanted to wish u all the luck for ur FET and im sure it is gonna be the one for you

Anton Your DH sounds like a great man. I read the friends T-Shirt story... I think that was soooo sweet. It really helps to have a supporting partner while going through all this . I pray that your May FET is the one for you. You have been through so many disappointments, my heart aches for you. But maybe FET is the way for you. Good luck

Moorebaby Its looking good . I think you will most likely trigger today especially with those 19's and 20's there. Keep us posted. I had 3 on the right in the 19 and 20 range and a few in the 15/16 range. On the Left i had about 5 in the 19, 20s range a few in the 15 range. Because of the 19's and 20's my RE said it was time to trigger. She couldn't give me an accurate number of follicles coz she said big ones were squashing the smaller ones so i guess i'll know on ER tomorrow.

Does everyone who gets a BFP after a FET ot ET get cramping? When we got pregnant w/ our twins I had lots of cramping right after our ET and for a few days after. But I've had no cramping at all since having my FET yesterday. I know it's early and I need to have PMA but I'm so worried this is a bad sign...

Don't worry (easier said than done right?) . Having no cramps is not a sign of a BFN. I have read sooooooooooo many posts where people got BFP's some with multiples and they had absolutely NO symptoms at all. Just like spotting doesnt mean a BFP, having no cramps means nothing. Get your PMA hat on and relax (((HUGS)))

Hi ladies - lots of action here this week!

Well yesterday they really weren't too concerned about me missing a dose of the meds. They had me do the shot there that morning and then had me do my normal one at night too. I was a bit concerned though b/c my lead follicle yesterday was ~17.5 with the next smallest not far behind it so they were already talking about triggering and my estrogen level was only 283 as of yesterday - which I think is way to low to be triggering. So of course I have been thinking about that ever since I saw the estrogen # yesterday. They had me come back in this morning - and now I have 6 that are measurable and the lead follies are still just under 18 but the smaller ones are starting to catch up! So now I won't go back until Thurs am to check again and then possibly trigger Thurs night and ER on Sat morning - which would be awesome b/c then my husband wouldn't have to miss any work his 1st week on the job! Hopefully my estrogen levels will be looking better today too!

akdelp - 51 follies - holy cow!! I can only imagine how bloated and uncomfortable you must be! good luck with everything - I hope you don't get OHSS!

Moorebaby - looks like your follies are growing nicely and lots of good eggs in the works - good luck with your trigger and ER!

Anton - sounds like your WTF appointment went well - more answers would be nice since everything looks "perfect" but I'm sure there is only so much he can answer for you. hopefully the FET will be what works for your body. I've wondered that for me too - just haven't ever had enough embies left to have any to freeze! your cycle will be under way in just a few weeks and then your babies will be back with their mama!!

I have ONE perfect grade "A" & FIVE grade "B's"...This is looking promising!

Update- My estrogen levels from today came back at 2,400. I have to go back for another SnS tomorrow morning & I'll probably be triggering tomorrow & having my ET on Friday & ET on Monday.

Omg, I am so tired! Stick a fork in me, I'm done!

I took my trigger at 11 last night. The plan was for dh to do tese at 7 am in necessary and I have to be to RE by 10, for retreival between 10:30 and 11. RE called today after they thawed the vile and it was good news. After a quick glance and only 5 mins, they saw a "twitcher." That was good enough for the embryologist to say no need for TESE tomorrow. This is the batch that gave us our daughter, so we have out fingers crossed it will be good luck!

Of course it is still risky with no backup. They could have seen the "good part" of the tissue. My fear is that they will get a lot of eggs from me and not have enough twicthing sperm to inject one in each egg. But that is a risk we need to take at some point.

And dh is super-duper happy that he does not need to do TESE number 3. And I am kinda glad he can come with me for ER and be 100% to take care of me for the next few days.

I will try to check in again later. I am headed to the couch to try and relax even though I have a bazillion other things to do. I just can't. I need to blow everything else off at this point and worry about me and my future baby(s)!

Wow this board never stops does it!

Anton - Me and DH haven't really ever been told why our past 3 IVF/ISCI & 1 FET didn't work! It's so frustrating. Me too would like to be told either way whether I can or cannot carry a baby. If I can't then we will look into other options i.e. surrogacy! At our last follow up appt after our 4th failed IVF cycle the consultant did start talking about surrogacy or adoption which he never has before! Although the unit have never told us we couldn't conceive naturally - miracles do happen eh! I wish you all the luck with your FET

Blaqdymum - so pleased for your fertility report on the embies

easley4 - I've been having a lot of cramping after my ET on 6th April. I just feel like I do before AF arrives! My breasts are so swollen and tender towards the end of the day/night! I am on 3 different hormone meds so I know the symptoms are probably due to that, but it's still nice to think that it's also because my embies are getting all snuggle into their home for 9 months! Hope you get your BFP!

Only 7 days to go before D-Day! haha I'm already making back-up plans for me and DH in case it's bad news. I know I know I should keep up with the PMA but as this is our 5th cycle I like to be a bit realistic as well and have a plan of what's to happen next! Of course my back-up plan involves a holiday! yayyyyy But I won't be able to go as I'll be pregnant!

Anton - yeah its frustrating how noone really knows why things work or dont work. the most important thing is ot have a good PMA and keep at it! there is no substitute for just going at it again and again - its a numbers game!

AFM - my beta has come down to 50 post my ectopic. so things are looking good. probably another week and it will be back to zero and then my AF will come and then we can start the FET. yey!

I am waiting for my appeal to cone back from ins. They said I will hear by April 23. I think I am going to start in June if I am approved. Question, I stopped BCP when my ins denied my ivf at end of Feb. I got AF on March 5. I did not get AF since! It's 12 days late. Negative hpts. I swear I have gained 5 lbs because of this! Has this ever happened to any of you when you took a break? I am going in tomorrow for a baseline blood test so they can tell me where I am at. Weird though!
