Well it will be after 2pm again for me today but my doctors nurse was the one that drew the blood and she was like congratulations. That was a great number and that she thought possible twins.

Hope and Chriss - Thanks for asking. But my life at the moment is really not worth talking about. There seem to be days when I am fine and know in my heart that it will happen, only that now is not the right time for me. And then I get really down sometimes. I still don't feel like meeting people and find any excuse not get out of going to certain places. But I do manage to get on with things that need to be done. I don't pick up the phone when it rings because I can't be bothered to talk about mundane stuff. Anyway, I won't go on otherwise I'll end up rambling until you girls fall asleep!!!
I've also been feeling very run down so my doctor has ordered a whole host of blood tests. I have a good mind not to go back for the results because I'm going to get the same old lecture about trying to relax and not letting stress get to me. Work is keeping me busy at the moment although I find that my attention span has dropped. I guess the cleaning is something I do to conciously tire myself so that I sleep well at night out of sheer exhaustion.
See - you probably regret asking me as I've only got boring things to say.

You stop thinking you are boring us. You are not. We like to know what is going on in your life and how you are feeling. We are all in this together. It is our speical club. A club we wish we didnt have to be apart of but, we are. And you make sure you rant and rave when you need to. We all can relate to having the really bad days to the ok days to the days you know your BABY WILL COME! WE are all here for you!!!!

Angel, I can completely relate to how you feel. During all this IVF stuff, I have basically become a hermit. (Remember I've had 4 failed cycles and a m/c from an iui) I hate the small talk and stupid talk when so much is on my mind. Like you I've avoided the phone and social situations. Problem is, I think it has put me in an even deeper depression. So I started going to a therapist. Only went 2X so far, but I do feel that it is a more proactive approach. I am now trying to bring myself to do more than I've been doing. It is a whole mental battle I play in my head every day. Please know that you are not alone in the way that you are feeling. And this is a safe place where you can express how you feel. Take care of yourself. I really do know how difficult this is. Sometimes I cant believe this is me. I didn't mean to give you a hard time. You share what you want to share. The important thing is that you know that we are here. Thinking of you. -chriss
