steph2 - as shantala's said, they don't do beta's over here much so have no idea - with the progesterone, i was on the lovely pesseries but unlike shantala I was on them until 12wks (oh and it wasn't inserted vaginally...try the other one!stephjim wrote:Yay it is finally back!!! ) so i guess each country and even clinics are different. its natural to have paranoid feelings - boy should have been at mine during those 2wks after BFP - it is like another 2ww but worse somehow as you just want some confirmation that all is ok - its like being in a hurdle race - get over one hurdle and then theres another......however no one is going fall on this race - we are all going to get to the end

Angel - sometimes friends can be a little insensitive but I put it down to not knowning how it feels to go through this - unless you go through this with the heartache and emotions you never truely understand - thats what we are here for!!

As for me doing ok, getting tired quicker now, but seem to have been extra busy at work.having another week off after tomorrow, and going to go crazy in the shops, as we have only got 2 sleepsuits so far, and by my calculations i only have 13 weeks left maximum, as with twins i will not be allowed to go beyond 38 weeks. The pushchair we want has finally come into the shop so going to see that and buy the cots, car seats etc. will get back on soon as on hols.

Hey girls. I know I havent been on in forever. work work work is all I have been doing - I havent even had a nap in weeks!! 12 weeks tomorrow 
Feel good. Appetite still low - but I try my best - I think I have lost more weight cuz a couple of ppl have commented at work. Still have not told anyone. I have had a couple of interviews today and then last friday for a teaching job that would start in August! Am I crazy?? I am starting to show just a tad - but it only obvious when I have a dress on - not obvious when I wear jeans yet. I plan on telling my family end of April and then dh and I will go to his homecountry in May and tell them, and then I wont have to hide it anymore - well I will still have ot hide it at work for as long as I can.
Anyway - I need to go back and catch up on everyone - the only thing I read was Steph hates her job.. ummm what is new???
I hope you still accept me into the circle of friendship - even though I am such a bad friend

steph --- you poor dear.........i'm sorry that you're stuck in hell for awhile longer maybe i need to dig my damn magic wand back out and see if still works??? 
OH YEAH....also meant to ask you -- so with clomid....i remember you talking about how you would "start a day early" -- what exactly does that mean?? what "advantage" did you have in doing that?? what days did you take it?? i'm going to be doing my "timed" intercourse sessions with clomid and just found out that they want me taking it on days 5-9.... doing OPK's --- wait for positive, call office and they will do us to make sure everything good to go and then "do-it" all night!!! ha, ha, ha!! seriously though -- what was your schedule?? what days did you do what on?? another friend of mine (who just got BFP on first round IUI w/ DS by the way!!!!!! so excited for her....) anyway - she did days 3-7, us on day 12 - thinking they would do trigger that night, but had already surged so they told her to come in NEXT day (cd13) for her insem..... so i'm just trying to get a feel for what to expect..........
chriss --- so this week is mock transfer eh?? should be interesting to see how that goes! good luck w/ that.....hey - are you on spring break this week???? my dss's were actually on spring break last week -- still a bit chilly-willy here in MI....til the weekend anyway - then it was sunny and 60'ish!!!!!

My ultrasound is NEXT friday the 18th. That is not quickly. I want it now. I wish that they beta hcg tests for home so I can make sure my numbers are still doubling. I am so paranoid something is going to happen between now and then. I guess everyone goes through it but a lot of people get the early sac us as well.
