They are doing the bloods at 8 am on Thursday and will know by end of that day!

Went for a scan today.........lining is thick and there was a 'cloudy' spot. Clinic was VERY positive but said to wait for test on thursday. I have a very PMA but the next 48 hrs is already sucky!

Went back to work today. Boy oh boy was that hard after 1 week of bedrest and doing nothing, but it was nice 'cause I was able to take my mind off of things.

Thank you all for your support. It really has been wonderful talking with others who understand. The 2 people I know that have gone through IVF don't seem to want to talk but are very supportive.

Well, I shall go take my nap now. has been a lONG day.

Clairx - I will be thinking of you!

Hi everyone,

Hope you are all keeping well and staying positive.

Great news michelle. :D :D

I am feeling a little sore today. Not stomach cramps - I feel like my insides are really heavy. Maybe its all the water i've been drinking!!! The hospital told me to drink between 2 and 3 litres a day to help prevent OHSS - the only problem is I am constantly going the loo.

I am trying to stay positive but its not even been a week since ET and I really just want a result.

I haven't had any bleeding :) so hopefully this is a good sign.

How is everyone else today.

Hello Friends,

Michelle, very happy for you! Let us know how it goes on Thursday.

Clairx, I for one, know what you're going thru. My blood test is on Sept. 12, but couldn't wait to do a HPT test; did it this evening (I know I shouldn't have) just to find out that it was negative. I feel so dejected and lousy. Sorry friends, I just had to share my feelings with you all. I'm sure soon one day I will get pregnant.

Lots of Baby Dust to you all.

Take Care,
Dora

Dora - PMA! It is way too early to do and hpt..the embie needs to settle in first (and this can take up to 1 week or more) and then once settled your body produces the HCG which is what is detected in an hpt...so don't get down about the result because it doesn't mean anything! Hang in there and think about the embie settling in for winter :D :D :D

Hi all you 2wwers.

Wishing you all loads of luck and baby dust.

Did 2nd hpt this am as it was a two pack I brought. Still a BFN so I really feel this is it. I don't even want to go and test at the clinic tomorrow as it will be a waste of time. I think they use hpt not blood test. Stange thing is my bleeding has stopped. oh well. Suppossed to be my birthday saturday I think I will go and hide somewhere and get p****d.

bye for now folks

hello ladies...

Hope you all are doing well. I haven't posted in a while. I've been reading, but haven't had any news so I haven't posted. I test on Monday so I am just sitting around impatiently. I did take a hpt yesterday and it was negative. I know I shouldn't have done it so early, but I have no will power. I'm not too upset about it because I know it was too early to test (at least that is what I will keep telling myself). No AF thus far, so that's a good sign at least.

I started back to work which has helped to keep my mind off things a little, but i'm just very distracted at work and not very useful :) I am a regular exerciser and am craving a good workout. I can't wait to get the go ahead from the doctor to start working out again. I really like to eat  so I need to be able to exercise to compensate, not to mention I need the stress relief.

Baby dust to all, cograts on all of those happy faces!

Hey everyone. Well, in my quest for seeing about hcg I decided to do another HPT this morning. I am 8d post 3 transfer and it was negative. I am hoping that I just tested early. I just scheduled my self off friday so if it is negative I can go home. Don't think I can take being at work all day with all the other women coming in for their tests and seeing them test positive and not me. Bummer. Everyone swears I am pregnant, and I am the only one who knows I am not. I am not telling them about my HPT experiments. It will just tick of my doc.

Hope everyone else is doing well.

too early to test

Post by round2 »

kbell - 8 days is too early to test. I did the same thing and tested on day 8 - too early! Keep the PMA and don't succomb to the temptation until Saturday or Sunday! I'll try to take my own advice too!!
