wow ladies.....so many GREAT news!!!! wooooohooooooo!!!!!

rachel - MASSIVE CONGRATS on your little girl ruby!!! wow, you had a tough time....so pleased you finally have her in your arms. i was really worried but so glad everything went well in the end. how you feeling???? oooohhhhhh, i'm so so pleased for you!!!!!!!!

stephjim - wooohoooooo!!!!! congrats on your twins honey!!!!!! thats great news!!!!!! hey, sorry, didnt mean to worry you when i said if you have m/s, it'a a good sign of a healthy pregnancy. it is but of course, if you're not "kissing the porcelain toilet" ( ) then that doesnt mean its not healthy!!! (as we found out with you! )....sorry, didnt mean to worry you. it just means you're very lucky!! no, forgot to post pics of the nursery (duh!)...will do it when i finish this post. i promise!! mind you, it definitely doesnt beat your gorgeous pic of your twins!!! oohhhh, i'm still so excited!!!!

mir - yes, will post pics of the nursery in a moment. yes, feeling ok thanks. dont be silly, the frosties question isnt silly. yes, its frozen embryos.   trust me, online shopping is not just for the POSH!!!!  you should try it, i would recommend it to anybody!! :D wow, your vacation sounds amazing!! how long you going for?? it will do you the world of good....dh and i went to egypt after our first BFN and it was so worth it!!! enjoy!!

chriss - hey hun...thanks. yes, i rather like the idea of a birthing pool. at first i didnt even consider it but when i saw it in the hospital i really liked it as its very deep, it stays at 37C temperature and the room is so not clinical and hospital like. its lovely. every hospital is different, some have them and some dont. our hospital only has one so if someone is in it when you go into labour its tough. so thats a bit of a shame but never mind. fingers crossed it may be available when i need it. so glad the therapy is helping you....i enquired about therapy after our first BFN and my doctor said if we get another BFN second time round she will arrange therapy for us. its great to hear its working its magic for you. oh wow, and just caught up on your post about the co-culture biopsy. that SO makes sense and sounds great!!!! how cool is that!!! i'm surprised that not every clinic does that?!

bichonmum - no worries about the PM. glad i could help. how you doing today??

pequele - i gather you might be away for the weekend and we have to wait for your news till sunday or monday!!  how inconsiderate!!  only joking....hope everything went well yesterday!! :D got my next check on thursday with the midwife...but dont think she'll do an internal or anything. she'll probably just do a tummy feeling check and let me know how far the baby is engaged but doubt she'll do any more than that...i could ask for a head sweep...hhmmmm....

waiting - oh wow, your OB is so sweet. not going out of town around your due date. must be great to have some professional so close and feel so at ease. here, its it, you get who you get when you go into labour. and thats that. personally, i wouldnt like a home birth but think its great for those that do. (its only coz i'm a bit of panicer and rather be in hospital...but if i wasnt, i'd definitely go for a home birth)....bring on the natural birth!! (i wonder if i'll be saying that when i have to do it!!  ) oh, and by the way, PLEASE dont worry about losing weight. i lost weight (or didnt put on any when i should have done) because of severe M/S which lasted until i was about 24 weeks (ish). so dont worry. as long as all the checkups and heart checks of the baby are fine, you'll be fine. if you're too worried though then ask your doc. actually, when i asked my doc about average weight gain in pregnancy she said not to worry. she said that actually some people who are on the bigger side, aim to NOT put on any weight in their pregnancy and then when they have the baby, they lose some weight and therefore its an effective diet. and she said thats more than a healthy way to lose weight. does that make sense??

welshbugger - MIIIIISSSSEEEEEEDDDD you!!!!! so glad you're back!!! you go girl on the jabs!! wow, you're doing so well!!!! how exciting!!

angie65 - :D :D :D on the online shopping!! thats all i'm saying!! :D :D :D

icsi - hey hun, how you doing???

beachbaby - you have a twin buddy!! :D hows the credit card bill??  do you keep looking at the stuff you've bought??

angel - you popped in and then disappeared again. we miss you!!! how are you??

nimble - hey hun, good to hear from you!!! i'm fine thanks...no signs yet. lots of aches and pains and keep thinking this is it and then nothing. anyway, how are you???? are you feeling the baby kick a lot more now?? sounds like you have a great weekend planned!!

jenbabes - hey hun!!!! good to see you!! xx

hi to everyone else!!! sorry for the long post....i'm going to post some pics of the nursery in a mo coz i forgot to do it last time.....although i think they'll be soooooo boring after seeing stephjim's scan pic and hopefully lara's ruby pics soon.  but you did ask for them!!

Hi ladies,

rachel, Big congratulations on the arrival of Ruby, she was obviously very happy in there andwanted to stay put!! so glad all is going well, hang in there hope your recovery is fast.

Shantala, wow your nursery is beautiful, not long to go now. yes the credit card did take a bit of a bettering, but just had a bill so got another months reprieve before we have to pay it all as it missed this months bill. DH keeps making me laugh he keeps playing with the monitor, he also put 3 little rubber ducks in the trolley and when he had a bath opened them(says they are for him not the babies) so looks like i have 3 babies!!

JenB, nice to see you, how you doing?

Stephjim, i forgot to answer regarding time scale, my consultant says he will make a decision at 37 weeks if i am still hanging in there by then. I have not seen him since week 14, i see him next friday (28 weeks) then 32 and 36 as long as i have no problems, i see my midwife in between to check urine and BP. All ok this week.

Miracle, i am so jelous DH and i never managed to get abroad before start of last treatment, and the docs would not let me fly once i was preggers due to my clotting issues and carrying twins. so we are stuck in the cold.

Mia, sorry you are so sick, and rest assured you will pile the weight on soon enough!!

Becky, nice to see your cheery posts again. at least your on the countdown now for the end of downreg shots, keep up the PMA.

sorry to all i've missed, am at work and kep getting interrupted, customers are so inconsiderate! catch you all soon.

Hey girls!

Shantala: Love the changing table! Where di you get it from? Thanks for the reassurance about the weight. I feel guilty sometimes, but good to know it isn't unheard of. The waterbirth sounds great - I need to check if the hospital I will deliver in has them.

Stephjim: OMG TWINS!!!! SOOOOO happy for you. Thatis just the best news!! You better take care of yourself!! NO LIFTING got it missy??? :)

Lara: So happy you have your Ruby in your arms now. I know my sis bfed and her nipples were bleeding at one point, but she still bfed, I was like um more power to you... dont think I could stand it!!! Glad the baby is taking to the bottle.

Ok that was a quickie. BUt I have been helping a friend move (pack) the last 2 dats and I am pooped. Need sleep.

Shantala, that is a beautiful nursery. You did a great job. I get to help decorate two rooms for my pregnancy. We have to boot my stepdaughter from her room and put her in the smallest one because she has the biggest room. She is not taking it well but I went online with her for a furniture store here in the states and they have this really cool Hannah Montana bedroom set that she likes so basically we are going to bribe her. I understand why she is upset but she will be 14 this year. She does not use the space she goes in there and lays in bed and listens to music or reads, you know? So, hopefully we will have no issues with that.

Mia, thanks for the congrats. We are very excited, and not to complain, but I am feeling the pull of two babies, as far as just feeling ran down. It will all be worth it, hopefully I will have a wonderful second trimester. Just 5 more weeks to go until I hit that.

Wishful, enjoy your time to yourself and enjoy your workouts as well. We will all be here when you get home from the gym. :)
