Thanks so much for your message - your right I am over the moon though nervous now that they didn't tell me what the HCG levels were. I can't get them on the phone - constantly engaged..grrr - oh well - I just hope they would have said if they were worryingly low. I'll just have to wait and see. How are you doing? Vicky

Me again! I'm addicted today! Just got my HCG Levels and they were 164 - apparently that's quite good?! Don't know much about that yet - but I'm going to find out right now!! Sorry to be hogging the board but need to let off steam I guess! Vicky

welcome to the mad house..... dont feel ur hogging the site.. weve all been a little distracted one way or another so its been a little quiet on here of late
lovely to see a new face tho...im sure u will get loads of advise and reassurance from us all and ull be able to relate to a lot of wot we all say..well done hunny on ur BFP its such a lovely feeling.
iv been for another scan today and i cant believe the size of the baby how much its grown in just 2 weeks it now looks like a baby.OMG IM HAVING A BABY!!!!!!!!!!!
everything is fine wiv babs and things are improving a little with my ovarys so iv been discharged to my local hossie which is much better .. no more 3 hrs travel
oh well time for bed for me ....hope everyone else is doing ok and putting tootsies up as much as poss

Thanks so much for your welcome. Lovely description of the scan - can't even imagine it at the moment. How far along are you? Must be SO weird seeing a baby shaped blob (if you see what I mean).
I'm looking forward to & dreading my first scan (12th Sept). I don't think I'll be convinced I'm pregnant until I've seen it there and find out everything's okay or not...and SO much could not be okay. It quite takes my breath away thinking of the things that could go wrong between now & then - what a positive influence I am first thing in the morning - Sorry!! Right going to work now and will actually try & do some work rather than blankly staring at my PC for a while then coming on here!! Ummmm!! Talk later Love Vicky

hi girls
i was wondering about cheryl i know she was going to a wedding but im sure that was last week
vicky the wait till ur first scan is terrible we just get over the 2ww and then along comes another wait.....this is my 2nd scan and i still worry that everything is ok as im not getting any normal preggas symptoms no sickness ..cravings i wonder sometimes if im really a mummy to be!!!!
just wished i could have a scan every week just to put my mind a rest
im off work still so everyday is spent thinking about my baby in some ways it would be better if i was in work at least id have something else to think about but at the mo i just aint well enough iv had a rough 1st tri so im hoping the 2nd tri will improve and ill start to enjoy my pregnancy..
the scan pics are amazing and u wont stop looking at them i can now compare and see the diff in size in just 2 weeks my clinic doesnt charge for pics so iv had one each time and then done extra ones on the comp to give to family
iv bought one of those books baby keepsake books but not sure which pic to put in it so i think ill buy a scrapbook to put all the bits and bobs i have together the scan pics .. letters from the clinic... lovely congrats cards...and of course the pregnancy test..then i can add the birth cards and other little bits to it
anyways iv been on the phone all morning so need to get dressed and going to have some porrage as this gives me a pint of milk and if im honest i quite enjoy it except when i do a boob and it looks more like grule and im singing oliver song round the kitchen ... ha ha sorry im a bit mad

Hi everyone - sorry I've been quiet lately, I had cousin's wedding Thurs - Mon (no computer access at hotel) and day out with hubby yesterday. This is hubby's holiday week so I might be a bit quiet this week because we're doing various day trips etc. Wedding was lovely but I was so emotional - I could definitely tell the difference being pregnant - I cried all the time about ridiculous things!! Still no sickness so I'm convinced that it's a good side effect to OHSS (what d'ya reckon Jacky?) Can't believe I'm 10 weeks today and first midwife appointment is next Tues - can't wait for 12 week scan. Good to hear everyone's doiing well - congrats Vicky on BFP, congrats Leslie on scan and Jacs on your 10 week scan - so pleased your 'signed off' now. Hi to everyone else - roll on 2nd trimester - I want a bump - a big bump!!

Thanks very much CC. I find weddings a bit of a nightmare anyway in the tear dept let alone being pregnant, but then I have been known to cry at Neighbours so that's not surprising!

Jacky - weird name eh - Devizes I mean! It's quite near Bath (about 20 miles away) in Wiltshire - also nearish Swindon. I've only been here 3 1/2 years so I'm not a true Devizonian (completely home-made term). I'm really from Brighton.

Absolutely exhausted at the mo & haven't helped matters by just having pasta for lunch (also really hungry - I'm sure that's just greed rather than pregnancy!). I work from home so V. bad for eating at meal times. Tend to have many a bored moment in the kitchen. Oh well. Hope your all having a good day .

i have tried to copy and paste u wot she sent me but me being not good on this comp thing i couldnt do it....its easy when u know how and lovely to show ppl how far u are except i need to change mine because iv had 3 diff dates of due.
only 3 days apart but still i want it right
i dont believe in doing things and it tempting fate i think that if its ment to be it will happen anyway(except i havnt bought anything yet)
good to see u back cheryl weve missed u sounds like uv had a lovely time and plan a nice week bet uv had some reading to catch up on all the posts lol
oh well its 2pm and im still not dressed i started watching some things id taped while having my brekky/lunch and havnt got round to doing anything yet...so i must get a move on

Hello again, yes having lovely time thanks Jacs - went to mum and dad's boat yesterday in Port Solent (Portsmouth) which was great - went over to Isle of Wight for lunch and generally got treated like royalty with my poor m and d working their socks off! Afterwards I was a bit worried whether the bobbing up and down and the fast bits would have affected little bud but its a bit late now so I'll have to not think about it. Everyone sounds like they're doiing really well - great to see Carla back on here - me and Jacs are about a week behind you so we'll join you on 2nd tri very soon. Good luck with ticker Vicky - I did wait until 6 week scan but that was just personal preference - I'm sure you won't jinx yourself if you do it before - entirely up to you.
