Sorry to crash ur thread....
Becky on my last cycle,i cycled with Cmoscar(Racheal),im not sure if you'll remember her.Well they got 1 egg,and it did fertilize but wasnt growing,her clinic put it back inside her withing about 18 hours of collection,she spent the first day crying her eyes out,then decided to get on with things as they didnt hold out much hope...Right now they are organizing Makaylas 1st birthday party!!!....Im trying to say hun that you cant give up hope yet..It aint over till the fat lady sings..N ive no intention of singing...HANG IN THERE...xxxxx

WE DID IT WE DIT IT WE DID IT!!!!!!!!!!!
We got a normal fertalized embie waiting at the hosp for mum & dad to collect tomorrow at 2.30pm - we are extatic (understatement)
When i called the number we were given, the embryoligist anwserd the phone and asked me DOB etc - and then he said - ok Rebecca i understand that we took 1 eggs from you esterday - said - yes! He said, well i pleased to tell you that it has fertalized normally - well done! I was bawling by now lol - he said he wud see us 2moro at 2.30 for transfer .. i came off the phone, grabbed Brian and we hugged and both cried at the news - someone up there must be watching us.
Thank u ladies from the bottom of my heart for all ur prayers, i couldnt have got thru this without u all - i love u to bits .... thank u ...

That is the most brilliant news ever. Way to go. This little egg was the fighter and the embie is going to stay with mum and dad.beck -- i go away for one day and look what i have to come back to??!!! girl -- you're gonna give me a heart attack!!! oh wait -- this is supposed to be about YOU -- not me eh??? 
SOOOOOOOO thrilled at the FAB news!!! coulnd't have dreamed a better outcome.....honestly...... maybe you and dh should have a nice romantic dinner (WITH cocktails as it will be your last one for LONG time cuz of yer bfp!!!) and you should probably also get in a little BCABB tonight as well --- cuz i don't know if same over there - but our docs advise against ANY BCABB during 2ww --- 
(dreadful!!!!) anyway.......BIG HUGS SWEETIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! sounds like you've got a real fighter on your hands......it's YOUR TIME FOR BFP!!!!!!!!
angel -- glad you were here to keep the ball rolling in my absence...... and yes - you are right in saying that TECHNICALLY i am in 2ww and hence no cocktails................but the bowling was still fun!!!! the meeting was god-awful BORING!!!!!

Thak u all soooooo much for your well wishes, i really couldnt ask for a nicer bunch of ladies to cycle with - ur all just fab Xxxx
Im feeling on top of the world - even said to DH that this IS the embie for us - that wee egg hung around long enough to mature for us - not being over shadowed by any others - an cos i only got 1 egg, then my body has healed up so dam well that im ready for my baby back. You know sometimes when u feel so sluggish after EC and sore for days afterwards - well i dont feel like that - i feel fine - AND if u think about it, its just like having a normal ovulation month (cos u only produce one then too) an all they did was take that egg and put it with DH's sperm - simple - whats that cycle that Shantala is always on about - where u get no drugs (ok i got those yes) and they go in for ur 1 normal monthly egg - my body thinks that my 1 egg has ovulated and is getting ready for the implant of my embie - which is gonna be home soon
Oh god - im rambling i know lol - soz hee hee! Im just so happy that he/she made it - i cant wait until tomorrow to get my baby back home and snuggled down for the next 9mths
Oh and as for the BCABB - we were told not for 16 days = so we have 15 days left and counting LOL ....
Have to tell u tho ladies, when we woke this morning (not that either of us slept much) we cuddled and talked and talked about things - got a cuppa in bed and made the call - and when he told us we did it - i feel into DH's arms and we BOTH cried and cried - happy tears of course. I think we always tend to forget about our DH's in all this - it hit him really hard too, i love this man so dam much and i pray i can make a baby with him - hell, what am i saying - we already HAVE made a baby right????? he is my rock, my hero and my bestest friend .... I love him so much (did i already say that lol) soz - ok too much sookie going on here now - we are off out (get this) to see his Aunty (remember me telling u mths back that she was pregnant) well she had a bouncing baby boy 8lbs 11oz - he is perfect, and she got her birthday yesterday - she is 48!!!!!!!!!!!!! - and may i say ladies - natural conception - wot a lucky woman!!!!!!!!So im off to see the baby, and get used to having one around again

Its ok hun, you can ramble all you like. After feeling so down yesterday you are elated and you have every reason to.
Erin is right, your DH sounds FAB!!!! Although I haven't met you, your words express just how much you love him and I found that soo touching. This little fighter will be so lucky to have such kind and loving parents.
The fact that we have so many wonderful women dropping in to show their support for you speaks volumes for the support you've given out. Nic and Charlie, those were really inspirational stories and although meant for Becky, they give us hope too. Aunty hope you're ok.

Yayy!!! Good to have you back. I still can't get over the fact that you left us for a boring old conference. So do you bowl well?? Hopefully you did throw the ball at the pins and not go sliding down the alley yourself

I watch the apprentice too. Did you watch yesterday's episode? Although I don't think Sara would have made it to the final, she shouldn't have gone yesterday. I would have fired Michael. He really does keep changing his story to save himself, don't he? Don't like him one bit!

Had crap night sleep last night - DH working away - woke at 2.30am to go to loo - that was it tossed and turned for next hour so was up and like 3.45am - doing work emails then left house at 5.30am so home earlier - just could not get IVF thoughts out of my head - sooo scared about doing injections myself - i hate needles - what if i do too much or not enough etc - such a baby - anyway only 2 more seleeps and will have to face the fear
- am sure will be fine - heyho - never happy unless something to moan about !!!

angel -- naaaahhh, i never bowl well, but i have big-fun making a total a$$ of myself on account of how dreadfully awful i am!!! seriously!!! a good time had by all............everybody limping around today in pain cuz we never use those muscles!!! ha, ha!! good fun

beck -- awwww, brian sounds more and more lovely the more you speak of him so sweet..........can't believe you're not allowed a little action before baby comes back on board???!!! my doc said "have as much playtime as you'd like" (in between the EC and ET).... all docs different i guess.........either way --- after tomorrow, you'll have baby back on board and nestling in for the long haul hope you enjoyed your day today w/ dh's aunty and lil one!!! a good dose of whats to come for you and brian!!!
